These shoes looked great but unfortunately they were too small. I had to return them but the service was great. Received my refund in a timely manner. Ordered another pair in a larger size

First time purchase this model. Model I wore for years was discontinued. I haven't wore them yet but attractive shoe. Size fits well. First impression I know I will like them. Been wearing NB all my adult life (80 years old). Find when I buy a new pair it doesn't have to be broken in.

Have worn New Balance for 13 years. I loved my several pairs of 940v3. Many overpronators have a flat arch or flatter arch but not all. The v3 had just enough arch support for my feet but the v4 has removed or lessened the support. I bought mine at a New Balance store and thought they felt a little different. Later that day my feet were uncomfortable. Went back to the store next day where I was presented 2 insert options to modify my used to be perfect shoe. Spent ~$50 on an orthotic that did not help. Now looking for a new shoe style/brand

I love this shoe and find it to be comfortable and supportive. I ordered a 16 B and while that is what I received the width is more like a D. Not a big problem, but prior shoes I've purchased were true to size. It is great to have a place to go that carries my size.

All day casual ware. Best for comfort, especially for width.

I don't buy any other shoe. I'm a big guy, but these shoes provide excellent structure and comfort.

Tried them because they come on the SL2 last, significantly narrower than the 1540v3 & also about a 1/2 size shorter in length. Had to return them, I will either have to wait for the next run of 1540's or try the Brooks Beast.
