These shoes are super comfy. I really like the cushion sole in both the ball and heal area. Great arch support. I particularly like the material used for the heal and how it is sort of formed around the heal - it holds the heal in place without feeling tight. I'll definitely get another pair.

Overall, I'm really happy with these shoes. Like some have commented, there is a particular point just below the ankle bone where there is an unfortunate seam/coming together of materials. For me it caused a particularly painful blister the first time I wore them just below my ankle bone because I typically wear my running shoes without socks (that's a whole other blister history I won't go into). A band-aid until the blister was healed and we're all good now. If the rest of the comfort of the shoe hadn't made up for the slight inconvenience of the ankle blister I'd probably have returned them, but I swear to you it's like I'm floating on air when I have these things on. I've already ordered a second pair for fear they won't have my size by the time my first pair wear out. As an extra bonus side note, I got the white ones and I wore them this last weekend on a really dusty road and then the next morning in a dewy field. Needless to say, they were not exactly white by the time the weekend came to an end. I couldn't take my white shoes looking like that so I thought I'd try the washer. They came out looking brand new and no weird issues with them coming unglued or anything.

Perfect fit for my wide feet snug in just the right places so it doesn’t feel like my foot is flopping around in the shoe. Good lock down around the heel. Responsive midsole. Love the rounded toe guard. Zappos has the best shipping super fast! Very happy!?

This is my third pair of 1080s in a row. Most comfortable show in my opinion. I really like the Fresh Foam cushioning and the heel design makes putting them on a breeze. I look forward to another pair in about 350 miles!

Fit was similar to previous versions or better! My old version fresh foam’s would slip at the heel, but these did not. I’ve only done a couple runs in them, but so far so good!

Width is a little snug; shoes are comfortable overall and true to size. My previous shoes were Adidas Ultraboost and the New Balance are an order of magnitude better. When my current pair of 1080 wear down I'll buy a second pair.

This is a well made shoe. I'd just bought New Balance Tempos and the Tempos are junk in comparison.

Primarily wear Brooks or ASICS, but this shoe has tons of cushion, is super light, and I just bought a second pair.

They are extremely comfortable! Strongly recommend these!
