Ive been looking for a good soft boot to work in and also be able to hike in and these are the absolute best for both. Hokas are my favorite and I will be ordering more of these in all of the different colors.

Comfortable right out of the box, and keeps your feet dry and warm even during winter walks

I love the comfort and style that the Kaha's provide. I always look forward to lacing these up to walk my dog on the trails through the snow -- they are incredibly light and most importantly keep my feet warm and dry!

I was honestly not sure if Hoka was the right brand for a hiking shoe/boot. This shoe is absolutely fantastic. It is so comfortable, warm, dry and durable. I would not hesitate to buy this shoe again - well worth the money!

I purchased these HOO boots because I had such success with my first try with this this manufacturer this summer when I while my with the Bondi SR for walking. These boots are comfortable and provide stability on snow paced trails. I went with ,5 size larger than my regular size and they fit perfectly. I worn them on sub-freezing days and have no issues with cold toes when wearing them with one pair of alpaca socks. Super cushioned but not that you don’t feel the surface you’re walking on. I went with the Grey/Black color. The off set colors are orange and pinks for adds a splash of color that enhances the appeal for me. I was recently in store when a man noticed my boots. He said they look comfortable and told him they are. He wanted to know what kind they were and where I purchased them. Then he told me me the boots he was wearing were UAs and paid about the same price as these. He said they just don’t feel as comfortable as he’d like them. I think I sold him in trying a pair of these boots...directing him to Zappos.

These are the best hiking / walking boots my husband has ever worn, he loves them. Extremely comfortable, great ankle support (the first for him), cushiony, good tread, can't say enough, they are the best. No more Merrell, Brooks, etc. He is 5'8" and 165 lbs, and they carry each other very well! The leather is soft and the boots have been easy to step into and break in. Top notch boots, now I can't wait to get the women's version....

I use them for hiking and work. Soft enough to provide comfort but durable enough in mountains hiking.

I am a foreman in the electrical industry who is on the go 8-10 hours a day walking job sites. I have worn Redwing boots for 30 years and was looking for a boot that would offer me more comfort. Wearing Hoka hiking boots was like hitting the billion dollar lottery. Most comfortable boot I have ever warn. I love them so much my wife purchased two more pair of their tennis shoes for me! If you are concerned about taking care of your feet and looking for more comfort and support out of your shoes then Hoka is your brand! Try them just one pair and you will definitely own more then one!

As someone who wears boots daily for work the Kaha is a great fit and light weight for the amount of cushioning. The Vibram traction is next level and the shoe in general provides the perfect amount of support and comfort.

This is my second pair of Hoka's because I flatten the bones in the bottom of my foot. These hiking boots let me hike without any pain. They also keep my feet warm in 30 degree weather. They are like wearing slippers. I got the men's because the women's aren't wide enough.

I bought them online, and so far I couldn't be more pleased. Comfort is top-notch: they're cushy but not mushy, offering support rather than being marshmallows. I actually wear them all day in the house (because we keep it cold, and the Kahas are warm), for walks, and for hikes, including a snowy one today. The gray/olive color scheme is subdued and will age well. My only complaint is the lacing. The two uppermost pairs of eyelets are open plastic clips, which makes lacing and unlacing difficult and slow. Because they pinch the shoelaces slightly I worry that the laces may wear out prematurely, and I don't understand their advantage over the plain old, old-fashioned metal ones. That's nit-picky of me, but they're a nuisance. Here's hoping they are as durable as they are comfortable.

I run my own firearms instruction company. Our range is outdoors so im constantly looking for the correct gear/equipment to allow me to perform at my best. I have been wearing these for about a month. In temps as low as 30 degrees while on the range teaching students. My feet NEVER got cold. The toe box is larger which I look for in a hiking boot. The think plush sole helps with mobility and creates a low impact on my lower back. I have also gone hiking these and I love them. I have also experimented with types of socks. I have found that a thinner socks is perfect for me in the temps I have been in thus far. I tried a thick sock and was too hot. My feet are my thermostat for my body. HOKA if you are reading this PLEASE MAKE THIS SAME BOOT in a summer version with NO GORE-Tex PLEASE!!!!!!
