My husband originally ordered a size 7.5, but exchanged for a size 7. He walks for an hour or two everyday on partially a snow/ice-covered dirt road, hence the need for a sturdy, comfortable, waterproof hiker. He's only been wearing them for a couple of weeks, and so far they seem to be fulfilling all his criteria. He likes them very much.

Bought a pair of Hokas One One boots for my recent visit to Norfolk, VA. It was cold, rainy and muddy. Shoes have been very warm and comfy from the first minute. Wearing size 9 men's, normal foot, true to size with some room for a thick socks.

Light weight and comfortable. I like they protect my big toe from bending when I step off.
Dislike: the upper hooks do not "hold" the strings tight and it is hard to tuck in the tongue sides when pulling up the shoe strings.

This boot is awesome! It's lightweight and Goretex material kept my feet dry. I highly recommend it.

I have issues with my ankles and toes and im 6ft 5in tall so I have to have a shoe that has good support. I bought these for disc golf and they have been the best decision I've made I used to get pain after more than a round of disc golf but these have gibmven me the edge I need not to mention helped my balance tremendously. I'll be getting another pair when I need them.

Did Hoka know they would go on to create not only one of the most comfortable pieces of footwear, but also the one of the greatest looking boots of all time?

My first pair where the Challenger Mid. Those were excellent and survived a year of incredible abuse. This time I went with the Kaha Mid. They're the most comfortable shoes I've ever had in my 45 years. Seriously, I wish I would have known about them sooner.
My usage isn't for hiking. I'm on my feet 8-10 hours a day at work. It's been nearly impossible to find the perfect footwear. I've tried most. My feet and back no longer hurt after a long day. I was injured in a motorcycle accident so I'm probably a little more sensitive than most. As loyal I'm working, I'll own a pair. Couldn't recommend these enough. Worth every penny.

I am in and out of the cold, rain and mud. Feet are always dry and shoes resist the elements.

As a "big guy" 6'5" 250lbs i pound boots into the ground. These boots are light weight, incredibly comfortable and give great ankle and foot support. The Vibram "mega grip" sole provides solid traction and have worn these in snow, slush and ice recently hiking in Yosemite. These boots are fantastic!!!!

This is great for hiking back country as well as for shoveling the snow in the Michigan winters! It feels just a touch longer than the Clifton's.

This is the most comfortable hiking boot I've ever worn.
It fits great, and I frequently have trouble getting a good fit due to a bunion on my right foot.

I really like the KAHA Gore-Tex. It has good traction in wet and dry, keeps your feet warm and dry even in the snow. I would say the only thing I would like them to change is the tongue it is just a little too short when you tie the laces at the top - it sometimes is above the tongue of the boot. Add just one inch to the tongue and it would be perfect. It is wide enough like the Stinson ATR to accommodate a wider foot too.

I like these boots a lot. I bought them for Hunting, and they work fine so far. I chose these because I injured my back a while ago and I wanted the extra cushion to help with the back pain after long hikes. The tread is really nice and grippy, and it looks like it will last a long time. I just wish the outer material was a little more durable. I likely wouldn't put holes in them any time soon, but if you srape against a rock, you will notice a scrape on the boot, but then again they are super light so its not a big deal. They fit to allow wool sock, so that is something to be aware of, I ordered my normal shoe size and they fit fine.

Hefty solid boot with good foot protection on rocky surfaces, but still relatively light, well cushioned and stable. Consider ordering a half size up.

Had the sole come apart on my first pair of boots just before a year old. The warranty department was good to work with and we replaced the first pair with the same. I love these boots. Only thing is, I need 2 pair. They are all I wear...

I was very impressed with this shoe! It was extremely comfortable and lightweight. I recently started dealing with plantar fasciitis and was shopping around for a shoe with plenty of support. I found this shoe with tons of cool features including Vibram soles and Gore-tex! With my upcoming snow trip I thought this would be a good shoe to bring. Let me tell you that after spending a weekend in the snow, they held up extremely well! They were very comfortable and kept my feet dry and warm. These are my first pair of Hoka brand shoes and now I see why they are so popular. I will definitely buy again and so should you. Worth every penny.

Had foot surgery. Bones fused together. Hoka has the firm sole and roomy toe cap i need. I don't wear anything else on the trail. Best mountain hiking shoes ever made.
