This is my third pair of hokas. They are not as cushioned and do not feel as solid as my older pairs.

Great shoe. Poor quality. The insides fell apart in about a week.

The Arahi 4 is clearly inferior compare to the Arahi 1 & 2. The previous version helped resolve my plantar fasciitis. To make the Arahi 4 even somewhat comparable required shoe inserts.

Definitely felt the weight of the shoe. I didn't have a good feel for the ground because of the cushioning. I wouldn't have minded the cushioning but was too firm and actually made my feet hurt. Additionally, after mile 2, there felt like a stiff bar running in the middle of my feet. Not sure if that was the arch support being a bit too aggressive but I did not enjoy it. Was not a pleasant experience.
