I wear orthotic shoe inserts. Supper important that I have the right shoe with enough cushion and arch support. These are the best shoe I ever had. Just Perfect!! Love these shoes. I want to wear them every day.

I bought these hiking boots last minute before a big trip- required almost no break in time! They were very comfy right away! The waterproofing was excellent as we were on muddy trails, and at the end of a week of hiking (doing approx 8 miles a day), I miraculously had no blisters! Sizing fits true to other hoka shoes- I wear a 7 in the cliftons, wear a 7 in these

Unfortunately my first pair of Hiking Boots were too big so I had to exchange for a smaller size. No problem and came in no time. Now hiking around Maine to get used to my Goat Speed ZHikers before my 400 mile Portugal Camino hiking trip in September. Boots are really cushioned for my old feet!

I am used to hiking in low top trail runners from a different brand, but chronic issues with plantar fasciitis had me looking for something with more support and cushion. These were perfect, without being too heavy and bulky like a true hiking boot. I found they were true to size, with the right amount of room for your toes to wiggle if/when your feet swell after miles on the trail. As with any full goretex shoe, they are not super breathable. However I still highly recommend them and would purchase them again!

Used these shoes for the first time on my trip to Colorado. We hiked pikes peak and garden of the gods and it felt as if I were walking on clouds. True to Hoka sizing (I wear an 8 in the Clinton's and an 8 for these was perfect). Buy these now!!!

Great lightweight hiking sneaker/boot. Very comfortable. Perfect amount of support without the rigidity of a hiking boot.

Bought these shoes to lessen the pressure on the balls of my feet. I started noticing arthritic type aching in my feet. A local, high quality shoe store sold me a pair of Bondi sneakers. I loved them so much that I bought these high-tops hikers due to camping and hiking a lot. They are absolutely the most comfortable hikers I have ever had plus waterproof w/goretex. My husband also bought several styles of Hoka One One shoes.

I wear these hiking year round and they keep me from slipping and my old back safe. I also use them snow shoeing and my feet stay toasty and DRY!

I have a neuromuscular condition and typically live in hiking boots to support my ankles from rolling. I was so pleased to come across these 'hybrid' shoes. I cannot express how much I love these high tops. I basically live in them. I don't think I would feel comfortable in hiking in them on a rough trail, as I prefer a stiffer sole for that, but I do love them for daily dog walking and jaunts around town. They are lightweight, which I love. Super comfortable and bouncy. I really hope HOKA will continue with these in the future. I have never bought this brand of shoes before, but I think I am hooked on them and have been recommending them to my friends and family. Well done, guys!!

This shoe/hiker is perfect for my needs. Live in the country and hike and run in the woods on rough ground. Has excellent support and so comfortable, as well as keeping feet dry. Will be getting another pair. Matches my active outdoor lifestyle perfectly. THANK YOU HOKA.

These shoes are so comfortable. It is like walking on air. I use them for dog agility training and competition. They are supportive enough for when I make quick turns. The waterproof is great for walking my dogs on the wet morning grass.

I love these boots. Wow. So comfortable. Returning only because i decided to keep a different pair from same brand. They are so cool looking. Ankle is tight so i went with a low cut trail shoe instead for ease of putting in and off and i don’t need the ankle support for easy hikes. The vibram sole is sturdy but not heavy at all. What a great brand. Just discovered it.

This footwear is great for hiking. They provide good arch support and sure-footed treading. They are also lightweight, waterproof, and equipped with solid ankle support. Regarding the latter, I find the "high top" style makes them a little difficult for me to get on my feet.

This is my second pair just in a different color and i love them so much. No pain anywhere after hiking long miles. I use them backpacking and they off the support and stability i need especially on dirt and gravel roads. No need to break in either i usually wear them out the box and no blisters. Super light too.

These Hoka's are extremely comfortable lightweight but sturdy. I have no shoes as comfortable. I cycle a lot and garden and I'm on my feet for long periods of time in the day. These are still comfortable after a long day on my feet. Also the feel comfy even with my Planter fasciitis Thanks Hoka One One

Enjoying my Hoka Mid. Although it's a trail and hiking shoe, I wear for walking as I prefer the ankle support. I pair these with the Hoka mid socks. Very comfortable indeed walking in the street or trail. I get lots of compliments on the colour - provincial blue with the saffron highlights.

I am using the shoe on the trails. I had ankle tendon surgery 20 months ago. The mid height offers plenty of support to protect the tendons. I only have four runs in at this time, but I would recommend the shoe.

I had been looking for a hiking shoe or boot that provided more support for my ankles as I tend to roll them easily. The HOKA Speedgoat Mid 2 GTX has not disappointed. It feels great around my ankle as well as cushions my foot. I'm able to be on a trail all day & my feet never tire. I will continue to purchase HOKA products as long as they keep making my feet feel this good.
