I bought these for for work because I walk around a lot on various terrains. They're pretty comfortable but aren't "rugged". Within about 6 wears, I put a hole above my big toe. I think they're comfortable but too expensive to be tearing up within 1 week. Make the toes way more durable.

Amazing boots ! I have two pair. I got these for clubbing instead of hiking due to the looks. The boots look amazing with black and darker tones pants . Very comfortable. I don't wear socks with these boots the interior lining a first rate. Very spacious and comforting on the inside. Five stars!

Purchased for outdoor activities - most recently, walking on snow and ice covered sidewalks and streets. Pro: Very sturdy and excellent under foot grip on slippery surfaces. Con: The fit is good in all respects, except tight across the toe knuckles, causing discomfort on the big-toe knuckle. Note, I bought a 1/2 size bigger so I would have room to wear a heavy sock for warmth. Shoe fit is always tricky, especially when purchasing on-line.

When I first discovered these boots, I felt as if they were designed just for me. I wanted ankle support in a lightweight, comfortable boot that was wide enough in the front so my toes were not cramped. Got it! I am often asked about them by friends and strangers. I wear them everywhere, not just for hiking.

Exceeded my expectations, a little bit wider in the toe than my typical shoes but I love the change and extra room!!

These are my trail shoes, even in slush, mud, rain and snow - and they do exponentially better at keeping me warm, dry, comfortable, and moving with good traction!

I bought these to use mainly for walking the dogs in early-morning heavy dew, rain, small amounts of snow etc. Also for walking the hilly trails on our 20 acres as well as other day-hike type excursions. I wanted something with great traction that is waterproof, warm, and comfy. These Grandview completely fill the bill! They required zero breaking in, were comfy out of the box. I love and basically live in Teva Omnium Sandals so was hopeful the Grandview would be as kind to my knees and lower back - the answer is, yes! I did go up a half size from the Omnium (men's 9.5) to the Grandview (men's 10), to accommodate a heavier sock, which worked perfectly. I am thrilled with and highly recommend Grandview for the types of activities I've described.

I do landscape work so I'm in & out of wet conditions. My feet stay dry. These boots are so very comfortable. I'm going to buy another pair for back up.

I've worn boots from every major brand, merrell, danner, keen, and even a few niche brands and these are without a doubt the most comfortable boot I've ever worn, perfect toe box means the instep and ankle can fit snug and secure and not mash up your toes, true to size, I can't speak for durability on super harsh rocky terrain but the waterproofing holds up a these keep decent traction in mud which they should with a vibram outsole I will definitely buy these again and recommend them to anyone looking for a hiker

I was in the market for a good hiking shoe/boot that was waterproof and could handle a full day of hiking. I wore these boots fresh out of the box for an hour in the car and then tackled a 7 Mile hike. I was amazed at how well they performed on the trail. It had just rained before we hiked and these boots kept me sure footed the entire time. At the end of the hike my feet weren't sore one bit, keep in mind this was the first time I wore them. Excellent boots. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality boot.

I bought these and wore them a few times walking around the neighborhood before going on a 9 mile hike and another 4 mile hike in Rocky Mountain National Park July 22-27th. They were perfect. They have good grip and good support. I would highly recommend these.

I like the wide toebox, and the shoe is comfortable. I had bought it as a winter boot, but it's not a great winter boot. I bought a half size bigger so I can wear two pairs of socks.

Live in coastal Oregon Walking in dry feet so far and comfortable as my Teva sandals. No seperation from sole to Shoe which is common with all name brands!

I love these! For me, a guy with "Fred Flintstone" feet, these fit like a glove. The footbed is a delight to have your foot in for hours on end. The breathability of the shoe is great, while the waterproofing works very well too. Lightweight and sturdy. The break-in is relatively quick. For me, I experience a slight pinch where the boot flexes at the toe for the first day or so, but this is temporary for me. These boots run slightly small. I needed a 10 when I usually wear a 9.5 US. This is my fourth pair since discovering these several years ago. I wear them as a work boot and a daily shoe. I typically get 8 or so months of daily abuse on this pair of boots before it's time to replace them. That's more than satisfactory for the type of miles I put on them.

Title says it all. All time favorite shoe. Fit, comfort, utility, they really have it all. Going on a long hike in bad weather? Phenomenal. Going grocery shopping? Incredible. I proposed to my (now) fiance in these shoes, before we hiked all over rocky national park covered in snow and ice.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size initially, Teva supplied me with return shipping for an exchange for the correct size. I'm very happy with my purchase and experience buying the shoes.

Loved the first has to get another pair. I highly recommend they can last years. No doubt I will buy a third pair.

I like the look, I like the feel. They are really great. The left one makes a snapping noise when I walk (like a flip flop), but I can't find anything wrong with the shoe.

I tried the boots on when they arrived and they fit nice, true to size. I have not used them yet because I have one leg considerably shorter than the other leg and have to have a lift put on one of the boots. Cannot wait to get modified boot back.

I've always heard great things about this brand and this is my first official pair. I'm an ups driver and I have been through countless brands. Most feeling very heavy or lasting only a few months. I've worn these a week or two now and they are incredibly light, had had very little wear and fully versatile from working in the concrete jungle or the sticks. 10/10 would recommend.
