I bought these at a local shop, and unfortunately did 6 mile hike in them only to find out that they are not comfortable. The heal is not padded at all resulting in blisters, and the toe area is very wide causing concern for longer hikes. These are very well made, and look like they will last, but unfortunately they will sit in my closet or be used as a very expensive paper weight, Because I used them outside I am unable to return them.

Returned Almost two weeks ago. Still no refund.

Bought these boots for my husband. He wore them for exclusively for neighborhood walks for about 5 months before the heel fabric ripped and exposed the sharp plastic inner. Such a waste of money. I expected better quality from Teva, especially since these are marketed for hiking.

These boots were a gift for my boyfriend. We needed to change them for a half size up, and when I checked the shoe it was available. I tried many times to start the exchange and always got the same error message "our return center is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance" I tried calling several times and the automated system always hanged the call. Texting is not an option because I work everyday 10 to 7. I tried to do all that within the 30 days, and now (one month and two days after purchase) I'm still trying and just saw that the item is no longer available. I tried to make a return, but again, the same maintenance error. I've been a Teva loyal customer for years, and this is the first time I needed assistance because it was a gift and I'm so dissapointed. I wanted to share my experience with Teva with my boyfriend and it doesn't seem I'll be able to do that.

I bought these boots from outfitter in flagstaff, az while on vacation. I brought them home and went on one 4 mile hike in the desert. It is hard terrain, but nothing a decent boot could handle. After I got back, I noticed missing rubber on both boots. Any boot I buy must have Vibram. I have to believe this is a manufacturer defect. The crappiest wally world boots dont do this. I contacted CS at Teva and they want me to return at my own expense for website credit. Of course, teva website is full retail and will need to pay even more to get exact replacement. I will probably end up with the same crappy boots again. Are any of the positive reviews actually using these boots for real hiking over sand and rocks? Was I just unlucky.

Sure they are a great comfortable boot, but BEWARE. The Vibram sole is complete TRASH. Let me repeat that for all us loyal Vibram sole purchasing loyalist whom come to expect actual grip, this Vibram grip on these Tevas are TRASH. I've literally fallen/slipped/skated whether I was hiking, or walking into my local hardware store. If these soles even come close to a wet surface you better be ready, cuz it's coming. Sold these things at my local outdoor store garage sale for $20, that's how much I hated them.

Defect in product. I purchased a pair of hiking boots. Size 7.5. The product had a defect in the left shoe. The bottom left eyelet came thru the inside of the shoe. I returned requesting a new pair. The 2nd pair had the same defect. Please review.

I've loved your Arrowood Riva leather boots for years, walking many happy miles. But, sadly, the last pairs are worn out and you don't make them any more. This new style is hard to put on, awkward to lace, uncomfortable to wear, leaky in the rain, and not much to look at. So now it appears I'll need to find a new shoe company.

Very roomy but not supportive. I was hoping for more comfort and support. - pretty disappointing.
