My child wore these shoes 5 days before the side stiching blew out. Very dissapointed. This is the second pair of NB shoes in a row that fell apart the first week. I will not be buying NB again.

I purchased the regular width initially. When they arrived, they ran very small. My daughter has to wear inserts inside her shoes and these were WAY too tight with them in. She loved the color however so I returned them and purchased the wide width instead. When those arrived, they were no different than the regular width. The wide width was no different than the regular width. Will be returning once again.

Bought these for my son for school. They fit great (and since he's in an x-wide, they are one of the few shoes I can find that do fit!) but both toes got holes in less than 2 months.

Never had this issue with NB shoes, I buy those for kids because they always just outgrow them. This one is falling apart after 2 weeks and ~10 wears.

For the price, I was not expecting the shoes to breakdown so easily. It us fall and not being used for biking or soccer or anything like that. Going to school and back. Really not inoresssed.

I cannot find the shoes fitting my size so I order this shoes. However, it is vey paintful when I walk too much, run and jump. The not-even-sole may be a problem.

Received these size "6" wide shoes for my son and was shocked when he said they were tight as he is currently in size 4 of a diff brand. When I lined up the soles I was shocked to see that they looked about the same footprint. Not impressed. Waste of money. Won't buy again

I bought these shoes for my son amd in three months the shoes were unable to be warn took the back to the store that I bought them from they said they did have a warranty and sorry about my luck. Let just throw money away next time

My 9yo has worn these for two months to school and summer camp and the fabric upper and sides have shredded. Do not buy!

We have had these for less than 3 months. My son doesn't even wear them every day and they are falling apart just like all the other reviewers have described and posted pictures of. So disappointed in the New Balance brand.

My son has been wearing New Balance shoes exclusively since he was a toddler. He's now 10. The last shoe we had was a Fresh Foam and was worn till he outgrew them. This pair of 680v6 fell apart within 3 weeks of having them. The mesh is completely ripped up. Yes, he plays soccer, he plays on a hard top playground, but he did so for years on other New Balance shoes. I would say, do not buy this for your child, a waste of money. And New Balance, if you read this...please contact me on how to get some kind of refund and please stop selling these! you can clearly see in the photos' I posted that there is almost no use on these shoes. Colors are still fresh, but they are completely falling apart.

So disappointed in these shoes. The seams started falling apart after having them for only a few months. Usually my kids new balance shoes last until they outgrow them. These are literally falling apart. A complete waste of money.

i tried the shoes on my daughter and noticed one shoe had significantly different size lace, i called and asked if i could be sent the right laces, i was told no, i would need to return the shoes, so i did

Too narrow for my daughter. She had the same pair a year prior so I was extremely disappointed that they didn't fit even though I got a bigger size

I have two boys who both require extra-wide shoes. I've been using New Balance since my 10 year old was a toddler. The fit and quality have always been incredible. We would buy one pair of shoes and he'd wear them until he needed a new size. I recommended them to everyone. The past few times I have ordered, the shoes haven't lasted as long. And now this pair wore holes in the sides (as many other reviewers showed) in just a few months of only weekend wear. After six months the entire top of the shoe is coming unraveled. It's unbelievable that they are still being sold on the market. Now I'm on the hunt to find a new company to use because I certainly won't be spending $50-80+ on a pair of shoes that won't last three months.
