Customer Reviews New Balance Kids 680v6 (Little Kid/Big Kid)

I ordered these shoes for my little one in extra wide, they were very narrow for his little feet. I bought them since the 888V2 hook and loop had been out of stock and the new generation was not available yet. My son needed new shoes but these were too tight, he said they were too tight and they were hard to get on.

I had purchased these shoes for my son thinking that New Balance shoes are often wider than most only to be surprised they were not. Also the bungee design made the shoe too tight and uncomfortable. I returned then and got a different model.

Love the color but needed extra wide but they no longer make kids shoes in extra wide and in nice styles

We bought two of your shoes only a few weeks ago. The other paid are worse than these. And, these are pretty poor too, They are supposed to be durable for an active kid. They are not. They are already wearing out in the front.

I ordered these shoes for my son back at Christmas. We are a new balance family, never had any complaints on any of their shoes! He had these as a nice pair and his previous pair became his play shoes after 2 months of wearing, mind you they still look brand new, the mesh on the top of his shoes have came apart from the seam. Very disappointed.

I wish I listened to the reviews and didn't buy these shoes. After 1.5 months of average wear and tear, the mesh on the sides of both of the sneakers tore. My son only wore them for school. The shoes should have lasted a lot longer then 1.5 months. Unfortunately not many brands carry a wide sneaker so we don't have many options to switch to. I'll probably order one more pair of sneakers from NB. If they don't last a decent amount of time, then it will be time to look for a other brand.
