Customer Reviews New Balance Kids 680v6 (Little Kid/Big Kid)

The 680v6 isn't as roomy as the v5 before it, but is still a quality shoe. I ordered a Big Kid girls 4.5 Wide but it was too tight (across the toe area--I have wide but small feet). Ended up returning it, which was easy enough.

I ordered a pair in (Big Kids') 5.5 extra-wide, and one in 5.5 wide. The one in extra-wide is correct for me, as it turned out. No fault of these shoes, but they just did not turn out well for me. I appreciated the free shipping return label!

I love these shoes for my son with sensory issues who needs an XW shoe. Seems that they aren't there any more. I have my fingers crossed that this is due to supply chain issues, and they will be coming back because I think I will buy them in every size now that I know he likes them. Please let us know the fate of the 680v6 in Big Kids XW Sizes!

I bought these as school shoes for my son. He has extremely wide feet. It;s always a struggle to find shoes that are comfortable and don't buckle in the middle. He loves them and says they're the best shoes he's ever had

It is hard to get the shoe on the foot. the tongue is pushed in too far in and gets stuck when my daughter tries to "do it herself". Otherwise I love the show for her

My son needs an extra wide shoe, which is incredibly hard to find. When I saw these I was thrilled! However my son says they don't feel wide enough. I kept them anyway hoping they may stretch a little in time.

I bought these for my daughter on sale. Hopefully they hold up better than her last pair. I was very disappointed in the quality of those.

The shoe is good overall but is too stiff for a child to put on by themself. The shoe's tongue is short and it is hard to make sure it stays straight when you put the shoe on every time.

I thought from the online picture that there were elastic laces and a Velcro closing at the top. Perhaps this was only in the smaller toddler sizes and the 4.5 only had standard laces.

He wore them daily for almost 2 months however the Velcro strap came apart, the material is lifting and it has holes. The left foot is much worse than the right. My son also toe walks. So I think it could've been worse since they probably would've been too small by Christmas. I ordered these in an extra wide, he's normally a wide. Please offer wider widths especially with hook and loop closures.

These extra wide sneakers fit as expected!!!! My son says they are so comfortable. He has wide and flat feet. So we recommend them. We wish there were more to purchase.

My 5 year old loves these sneakers and states they help him run very fast. Unfortunately the shoes are not holding up and after less than a month of use. My son plays while on his knees a lot and the shoes are already worn out on top by tongue of shoe and on by the toes is starting to fray. Also the shoe laces are starting to fray. Frustrating given the cost of the shoes.
