The size was way too small, I ordered 4E and the shoe was no where near being 4E, they were really narrow, my foot would not fit in.

I have been wearing and enjoying new balance products for over 20 years. I bought issue online, and while initial fit seemed satisfactory, after three weeks of use, it is killing my lower ankle, calf, and hip. I have set the shoes aside and will never wear this pair again.

I bought two pair of Size 11 1/2 running shoes. This pair was 3/4" shorter than the other pair. Must have mislabeled.

Purchased for yard work. I have a wide foot and take 4E. Out of box the shoe looked narrower. By measurement of bottom, it appeared to be 1/4 inch shorter in width than my other more expensive NB. I returned the Arishi and went back on line and reserved a NB 840v4 which fitted very nicely. Also, it had more cushion.
