I was fitted for this style of Mizuno 13 years ago. I get a new pair every year. They still fit perfectly! They are my go to sneaker for distance walking. Absolutely well worth any price. My never fail sneaker!

Were a gift for Christmas, so have not given them to her yet. Shipping was quick and shoes are like the other color we got back in July. She will love them!

Our 17 year old daughter loves these shoes. She has Down Syndrome so arch and ankle support are critical. She loves these shows and can run on the treadmill and do her workouts with no pain in her arches, knees, or back. GREAT SHOES!! Colors were great to!!

I was unaware of how flat my feet were and just how much that affected me. I went to a store that assists you with finding a good, supportive shoe and ended up with these. I absolutely love these shoes. I was so used to experiencing leg and foot discomfort after walking long distances that I thought it was normal. After buying these, I took a trip to Cedar Point and walked all day - no pain and discomfort and I could have walked longer had the park not shut down at 8. I highly recommend these for people with flat feet that need good arch support. I usually wear an 8.5, but for these got a size 9.

I started running and Mizuno is the only shows that I wear, it has been almost 14 years. They are the best running shoe for me.

Another style of shoe recommended to me for my overpronation. Very comfortable shoe! Plenty of toe room. Will be another favorite running shoe. True to size.

I buy this model of shoe every time I need runners, since I was first recommended them since they were on the wave inspire 6. I purchased another two pairs a few weeks ago, one pair for exercise at home and another for work. I'm a nurse, and these shoes are super comfortable all day. I replaced my old pair that had worn out, and these new ones are comfortable even while breaking them in! No chaffing!

Supportive but light. These are my second pair.

I have bought only these shoes for 6 years straight! They are so comfy, light, and sturdy for training for my half marathons. I like that they keep coming out with cute colors. I got the blue and white ones this time and I have no complaints.

i run 4 times a week in these shoes and i love them! i run anywhere from 1-4 miles a day. i did get a small blister on one of my ankles, but that happens with all my shoes and they don't bother me now.

Great for planter fasciitis and arch support

I'm new to walking and running, but knew I needed some new kicks if I was going to make any progress. I tried a LOT of different shoes at my local Fleet Feet, and after some serious trial and error, we settled on the Wave Inspire 16 Waveknit. I have a low arch and low instep, and have serious overpronation. The goal was to find a stable shoe that could be paired with a sturdy insole, that would stand up to mileage and road vs. trail swaps. If you don't like a snug shoe, it might not be for you. I love a snug shoe, I want to feel it pressed up tight. These are light enough that I actually forget about them. Paired with blue Superfeet, my overpronation has been corrected, and since the combo is comfortable, I've been able to start making progress towards running, and walking longer distances.

Overall the quality is good, needs broken in a bit. My last pair was really comfortable and I still wear them after more than 10 years.
