Seems well enough made but a bit too firm for my chronically sore feet.

I'm not a runner, am elderly with orthodics. The Dyad 10's were the most comfortable shoes I've ever had and kept me on my feet when arthritis set in after a broken ankle. Panic'ed when they disappeared, but finally found the Dyad 11 and they are excellent. They were very hard to find, but kept watching the website and they finally appeared. Dyad 11 ties are shorter and the shoe is a little larger at the base of the toes, but comfortable to wear and walk. This is very important for balance and comfort. They support my ankles well. I hope the Dyad never stops being made and remains true to the original.

This is my second pair of the Dyad. I love the stability. Unfortunately, this one has a tongue that is too long and it digs into my ankle and irritates it. My first pair did not do this.

The Dyad was not available in my size for quite a while. I tried replacing them with other brands with a similar fit. It is clear that the Dyad is my shoe. They're the only shoe that my knees don't ache. If I could change one thing it would be a little more cushion. Especially under the ball of my foot. Other than that they're perfect for me. I have several and wear them for running, working out, daily use and mowing.

I walk, I do not run. The shoes are fine. I have ankle issues and the shoes plus the brace and the arch support let me walk.

Weird going to a flatter shoe. Pretty happy with it for comfort

These shoes fit the best and feel the best of lots of shoes I tried. I have severe plantar fasciitis and the cushioning and support of these shoes help. They slip a little when I walk, but it doesn't rub or feel uncomfortable. It might be because I have to put different inserts in them for extra arch support. Please don't stop making the Dyad 11 and please make more colors!

I love brooks dyad. I can where them all day. I have been buying dyad since 2015 and have 3 pairs. However I like the dyad style from 2017 a lot better The material was a little stronger and better made and the bottom sole had better stability.

I have a very hard time finding sneakers that will fit. I need a wide shoe with a high toe box for my hammer toes. This is cushioned and very comfortable.

Ordered Dyad because my go-to Ariel model isn't and hasn't been available since the pandemic. Good:. Cheaper than the Ariel and I can get it on my foot and it was available. Stiff stable bottom that grabs well. Bad:. Not nearly as comfortable and doesn't support my arches well so my feet ache after a while. Also, for extra wide widths can you please put a longer lace on the shoe? I have a very wide foot and high instep, and can't tie the lace in a bow so the knot ends constantly flap.

Just disappointed that the 8.5 was too long compared to the 8.5 in the brooks addiction style and sold out of 8 so returned and getting them elsewhere

I appreciate the patience of Zappos and ability to try and return shoes. I have been looking for some time for something that feels right on my problematic feet. Most athletic shoes (which I only use to walk in) are too squishy. These do have a more firm sole than most. The arch support (which I need) is moderate. I removed the insole and replaced them with my orthotics and they work for me. Probably not for everyone.

Was a bit snug in the toe box area. Not crazy about the styling - looked more like a man's shoe.

Fit was ok but not as comfortable as Ghost.. Considerable difference in the fit and cushion especially in the forefoot area. Not a keeper for me.
I'd also recommend:

The best shoe I've found for my high instep /wide (8EE) foot. There are very few options out there for people like me. The shoe also easily accommodates an orthotic. I love the cushioning. I do wish the neck collar was a tad lower as it cuts into my ankle a bit.

Ordered Brooks Dyad 11 in size 7.5 W. Loved the navy blue color and overall styling. Toe box width was great. Unfortunately shoe just didn't have enough of an inside cushiony feel for me.

I had a pair of these purchased online early in COVID, and quite liked them. When I felt able to go in for a professional fitting they selected...the very same shoe the site picked! So I bought another pair as the first were getting old. The first pair lasted for over a year without visible wear and tear. The new pair have holes in the inside ankle and around the rim of the shoe within a couple of months. I was patting myself on the back about how much more walking I must be doing, but after reading other reviews here, it sounds like they've just made the materials much less reliable. :(

I wish Brooks (as well as many other shoemakers) would consider the fact that a lot of people have narrow feet. Why, oh why, do those of us with narrow feet have to wear medium width shoes? I also wish Brooks hadn’t changed the Dyad model. The Dyad 10 had a better look than does the 11.

Love the look, color, and fit. Unfortunately, the laces are significantly too short, which is a disappointment. In addition, there was a dirty orthotic left under the Brooks insert in the right shoe. Ick.

Generally love this style, but do wonder what is up with the short shoelaces. Also, need more colors. Both colors are so dark. But, otherwise keep everything else about the Dyad 11 the same

This is a very nice shoe with a roomy toe box, a little on the heavy side and what feels like quite a stiff last. The 2E width is actually 2E wide! Unfortunately, I have high arches, so this shoe doesn't work well for me-- but it's a nice shoe for someone who lower arches or flat feet who needs a wide shoe with a roomy toe box.

Comfortable, but seem to be lighter weight than my dyad 7. Toebox seems a little more narrow as well.
