I am an over supinator, REALLY bad and I run on the outsides of my feet. When I run in these, I feel the medial side of my feet working, it's not painful, I can just feel them activated more than I've ever felt when I run. I think this is good as its finally engaging the medial side of my foot?? Not sure??
They are super comfortable; however, my only complaint is that they are heavy. I'm going to try the ghost 11 as they were the other sneaker recommended for over supinators but I'm going to keep these regardless even for everyday wear because they are very comfortable, I just think a running shoe should be as light as possible and these are not.

Thanks to Mark, I was able to get a shoe that stabilizes my weird feet and is the best Ive worn for all my feet issues. My goal is to walk a couple miles at a time. I dont run anymore at my age.
I did put in shoe trees to widen toe area for my bunions. My web feet are also an issue with most shoes. The

Please do not discontinue!!! The DYAD is the best walking/house shoe ever! I have several pairs and recommend to all my friends. This shoe keeps me sure footed when walking and for my house shoes. Great size toebox best in the industry.

My daughter love these shoes. She has severe over pronation and they really give her the support that she needs. She would love if these shoes came in stylish colors like many of the other Brooks shoes.

First, I admit Im not a runner. However, I do walk as much as I can and my Brooks shoes are the reason why. For years I searched for a comfortable shoe and now I have 4 wonderful pair of Brooks sneakers. Best ever! Im retired now and because of Brooks Im not on the couch!

These shoes are stable and very comfortable. One issue is that the mesh toe area wore out within a month, leaving holes. The other issue is the soles wore out before I put 250 miles on them. I bought a new pair to see if the first pair were. . . lemons. . , because they are truly very comfortable. If the second pair fails early, Ill go back to New Balance.

Im not a runner, but use Dyad 2E because I have issues with my feet. Ive worn Dyads for several years almost exclusively for the width and support. My feet feel so much better in these wonderful shoes. Im really pleased that Brooks is making them available in more colors. Thank you, Brooks!

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)

Runs NarrowRuns Wide
Poor SupportGreat Support
I have a problem with the back of the heel. It's very rigid and rubs my foot in the wrong place. Same problem with Brooks Ghost. Other than that, good arch support and is well-made.
I'd also recommend:

I bought this in the blue color which is not a true navy. However the color is not bad but my very first Brooks shoes was the Ariel in black which was honestly the best shoe I have ever owned. This shoe came in the wide toe box and had it in what I thought was a true navy blue but the shoe itself hurt my feet in the arch areas where the Ariels did not hurt at all. Wouldve sent back but cost too much to ship back. Definitely going back to my Ariels!

Great fit and easy to transition to the new pair. I wish there were nicer colors. I miss the cranberry/purple Dyad 10. I need to wear these shoes due to damaged ankle I had replaced and the shoe style fits best and provides the best support. The shoe store, I go for shoes ,has trained people who spend time making sure the shoes fit and support the foot.

I have to admit, I have not gone for a run in these shoes. I was looking to replace a pair of ghost 13s that felt like they had lost their cushion after several months of use. These shoes do not feel as soft/cushy as I was looking for but they are very supportive and I like the way they hug my heel without making rubbing at my Achilles. I have a wider foot and can easily wiggle my toes around. I also appreciate the dark neutral gray color with a hint of lavender. I don't like loud sneakers and I feel like these blend in with wardrobe most of the time.

These are the only tennis shoes I wear because they actually fit! The older model is better but these are still good.

Better support than New Balance. My wife has feet problems so it's hard to tell, but these are the best so far. And they're cute.

I normally wear the Ghost but needed a navy shoe so decided to try the Dyad 11. It is a heavier shoe than the Ghost and the fabric isn't as stretchy so feels a bit tight but hoping it will give a bit more with repeated wearing. Overall it has good arch support and stability .
