Love them !! Haven?t even had to put inserts in them. Are comfortable and keep my feet in line

I like a little more support in my shoes, but this shoe has a comfortable fit. I have hip and lower back issues, and I can be on my feet for several hours without pain. Worth the money.

I love these shoes. Great if your on your feet a lot. I work 12 hour shifts in the nursing field. These shoes are awesome on my feet.

Excited to finally find a Brooks shoe at an affordable (to me) sale price. They looked a bit short, but I bought them anyway. Theyre definitely almost a half size shorter than they are labeled (lined up to my other shoes - Hoka, Saucony, Vionic, etc.) so Ill be returning them. Sad :(

Im not a runner anymore but I purchased these shoes for work twice. Theyre one of the best pair of shoes for being on your feet all day. I wish they have more colors to chose from.

This pair , my second Arial 20, does not fit the same. are very narrow in the toe spread.I wore them one time and after was in severe pain. They are not soft as first pair. I will probably return them. Frustrating. I had the Arial 18 loved everything about them, 4 years ago.

Absolutely worst pair of Brooks I've ever purchased. They are already fraying, the laces don't stay tied. Very ugly and bulky in appearance and uncomfortable. Total waste of money compared to every other pair of Brooks I've bought.

These have great arch (as well as overall) support, light on the feet when walking (don't feel any "extra weight") and make transitions on the unsteady path smooth. I feel confident and comfortable with each step I take when on my walks and exercising.

This is my second pair of brooks Ariel I have bunions and a high arch these work wonderfully. I walk everyday my brooks provide the support , cushion and comfort my feet need . I am sold on brooks

I'm 82 and I don't run. However, I have relied on Ariel 20 for years. The shoes cushion and support my feet, and, best of all, the lining embraces rather than chafes my hammertoes!

These shoes aren't even a year old and they are already falling apart. I'm on my feet all day and they have not held up to the wear and tear of a busy work schedule

This will be my 2nd pair. I'm not a runner but my physician suggested this brand because I have arthritis in my toes. I pretty much wear them all the time and have been very happy with the first pair. Just needed a new pair as they were wearing out!!

These run small and the toe box is too narrow. I can wear a 9-1:2 in other brands that dont have square toe boxes, but not with these.

I love these sneakers and Im mad that they are going to make these anymore. Comfortable all day long. I wear these all the time and my feet never hurt.

I love Brooks and wear them every day while working a 12-hour shift. I ordered the Ariel20 to see if they would give me more support than the usual Ghost that I wear, but I to return them because they were too hard and hurt my feet. Brooks made my return very easy, even included postage on my return label.

I do like Ariel. These fit me best in wide with. All others are medium width
