Very comfortable right out of the box, enough room for my wide toes, plenty of support (I?m a walker, not a runner). Can wear for long periods. Older version made me feel like I was sliding forward, but these are stable.

I?ve worn the shoes for years. I had to go up a half size as it?s a narrower toe, just got them and they?re absolutely great!!! Thanks Brooks for staying dedicated to really good quality shoes!

I have flat feet and am prone to running injuries, such as shin splints and knee pain. These shoes have been very comfortable for long runs! I haven't had any foot or lower body pain since wearing them. I am considering purchasing a second pair so I can rotate them. Worth the money!

I use these for walking only. Love the support Guide rails do not bother me at all

I love my Brooks Ariel '20. I buy the Brooks Ariel brand every 6 months. I have been buying them for probably 4 years. Always look forward to seeing what color comes out each season. Would like to see maybe a brighter color on this model of shoe sometime. Always comfortable and fit well. Good support for my feet. Thanks

I love my Ariel 20?s. They are my work shoe at a busy hardware store. Wore them to work straight out of the box. No breaking in period!

Very comfy and best of all I can be on my feet all day working on concrete floors-40 hrs a week. I have used Addictions in the past but they keep getting worse every time they redo the style. I would hurt all over-back, feet, knees, hips. Every night was an Advil night after a day in the Addictions. The newest 14's are the worst. These Ariels are wonderful and I don't hurt after a day in them

Love these shoes. Great support, good arch support and very stylish. Love the shoe laces....they stayed tied!! There is nothing I don't like. In fact I bought a second pair. I normally wear an 8 medium. I did need to go with an 8.5.

I've been wearing Brooks shoes (Ariel design, specifically) for something like 4 years, after recommendations from a PT team and a podiatrist. I am impressed with how consistent the sizing and fit remain season to season and sincerely hope this continues! Shoe is lightweight, breathable, yet sturdy enough to order good support. I was also pleased that I could order through Brook online, as I usually go to a local shoe shop - which was not possible due to the Covid-19 Stay at Home order for Michigan.

I bought these for my mother who has really bad plantar fasciitis and she absolutely loves them! Her feet don't hurt anymore when she walks.

I was introduced to the Ariel about six years ago at the local shoe store that podiatrists refer patients to. Ariel is the only shoe I have found that is comfortable and supports my high arches. My feet don't get achy !

GReat fit. Nice and roomy in the toe. Severe ankle break and your shoes are the only reason I can keep walking.
