I have 3 or 4 pairs of different Brooks shoes and I?m happy with them all. I like the Ariel style best for the fit and feel. I am a walker, not a runner. The only thing is that I have to use a shoehorn to get them on or the back of the shoe will not stay upright. This is not a problem for me as I just bought my second pair of Ariel style.

Great support and stability. The fit is just right without feeling confining, and the arch offers firm support. I bought a pair a year ago, and it just never felt quite right, but I figured it was because of the redesign. It must just have been an odd pair, because this pair fits just the way Ariel's have for me in years past. This is the only shoe I have found with the needed arch support for my running. I order wide width and my toes never blister, and the toe box has room without feeling big. True to size.

I love this shoe!!! I have a pronation problem. This shoe fits my Orthopaedic and helps me walk better. The cushioning is super comfortable too.

Comfortable for walking around town

Love the support that these shoes provide for my flat feet when I walk long distances. Also appreciate the ample space in toe box area. I purchase a size larger than my foot measures so I can use thicker socks. Also use on trail hikes .

Great shoes to run in. I've had several pairs of Brooks Ariel's over the years and have always been satisfied with them. I buy pairs a size larger than my regular shoe size and that helps keep me from getting black toenails.

Best fitting shoe and most comfortable for someone with a bunion. I just wish there were more color choices. I wear them to work and on vacations

The EE width is perfect for my feet and gives me the comfort I need. As long as they keep making this width, I will keep buying this shoe.

I have been wearing brooks 20 for years always bought them at fleet feet in cinti ohio . Last time two times i was there did not have this specific style nor my size . They said something was changed to this style and were not able to get any in stock. So i ordered two pair on line from brooks and i love them!! Tried others but did not feel as comfortable. Why dont they have them at the store ? Much easier for me.

The only shoe m wife can wear without issues. Becoming hard to find.

I'm not a runner. I stand/walk all day, everyday. I'm in manufacturing. I repeatedly haul 5 gallon buckets, back and forth across a concrete warehouse. I wear/ordered a Ariel 7.5 double wide (EE) and have a severe overpronation. I usually have severe pain in my back, feet and sciatic, but at the end of my shift, I'm not in pain when I wear these shoes. I also ordered the 7.5 wide (E) Ghost 14. They are ok, but not as good with the pain relief as Ariel. The downside is that due to heavy wear, I can go through these shoes in 6 months and start to feel the pain return. Sometimes I can squeeze another three months out by adding Superfeet insoles. It's an expensive investment, but it beats the alternative. Brooks, please do not stop manufacturing the Ariel (EE). It's a fantastic shoe for working feet. An all black model would be perfect.

Ariel 20 are the only running shoes my feet can handle. It gives me support, comfort all around my feet. My knee hurts if I wear another brand of shoes! I can't never go wrong with Brooks Ariel 20!
