beast 20 used to be a heavier shoe. this one is very light in weight.

Most uncomfortable shoe ever. I have purchased The Beast before and they felt great. I don't know what Brooks has changed the The Beast feels completely different. I will not be purchasing Brooks shoes again.

Usually like these shoes for comfort, however this last pair has not held up. Within less than 2 months there was a hole in the toe of the shoe.

My 2nd-time wearinllg these shoes, my left big-toe came out very bruised, especially under the nail. To the point that I might lose that toe-nail. As this is not my 1st-pair of Brooks running shoes, I'm disappointed with that.

This is the most painful and uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. I tried them at the direction of an orthopedist, but they have only made my condition worse. While the shoes were horrible for me, I most certainly recognize the outstanding customer service of the Brooks team. In particular, I am grateful for the 90 day trial (because I am definitely returning these shoes). Thank you Brooks for recognizing the importance of finding the right fit for each person and allowing this trial.

The Beast 2020 has a sole/white platform that does not hold up after time. The mess top of the shoe, forefoot does not lend support. The heel area folds down when attempting to place your foot in. I have worn Brooks shoes since the Chariot and would appreciate more study on worn shoes to determine materials for a better Brooks product.

I don't know if brooks beast 20 decided to go the cheap route but my adrenaline's have more cushioning. This seemed made out of cheap materials so I returned it.

My toes went thru the top of the shoe within a couple weeks--so returned two pairs (one bought at Jock & Jills, the other online). Shoes were very comfortable--but the fabric didn't work for me. The person who responded to my return requests was AWESOME--top notch service.

Too bulky and not cushiony.

They changed the formula and... it's not as good as it once was especially for pronation. I literally purchased Beasts for the past 10 years because they had the best arch support! I actually stopped using orthodics because of thier quality in arch support. I gave these a try because they did me so well over the years but the new formula just doesn't do it for my feet. I'm actually going back to a podiatrist to get orthotics again.

Unfortunately, the shoes don't run true to size. The 10EE was too short and I ended up with pain and black and blue toenails. Unable to wear them.

Folks, Brooks pulled the tooling to make the Beast from a manufacturer in China to one in Vietnam. When they did that they also made the decision to alter its construction with a cheaper design. It's obvious to those of us who have been buying for many years. this is what happens when accountants run a company.
