I don't like the white sole - I'll wait for the next version hope it looks better. Still have a few hundred miles to go on my '16 pair.

Great foot support in a comfortable walking, running shoe.

The only thing I don't like is the thinner laces. The Beast 18 I have use a thicker lace that is easier to tie.

Comfortable! Great for walking long distances.

I have used this shoe for 35 years. I have tried other ones, and I don't even bother now. It is simply a fabulous shoe.

To be fair, I don't use these shoes exclusively for Running. I have used many other book shoes for trail running etc., but I am an orthopedic surgeon, and use the issues mainly for long periods of standing in the operating room. They have an increased cushion, which is fairly firm, and it significantly reduces the fatigue and strain on my lower extremities. I've been very happy with the shoes, compared with others, and so far have not shown any signs of wear after many 10+ hour days in them.From a professional standpoint, and Brooks shoes have much more support than most other brands, and have a much longer lifespan.

Shoes feel great. I just wish they had better colors. The 18s had better colors

I've been running with the Beast for years. I love the Beast since I have severe overpronation. The new '20 model slightly feels lighter, which I liked at first. I think to make these lighter, some of the strength and support was sacrificed. They still felt good when new, but seemed to wear out more quickly than the previous models.

Amazing feels like floating on air.

My new favorite shoes. Lighter, better return of energy, same great support as prior Beast. I bought both colors after I tried the black. Love them.

So far so good. I run flat foot at age 65. Great comfort

Great shoe. I have Achilles tendinitis and these shoes help out tremendously. I have tried many shoes because of this and these shoes are amazing.

I have a difficult time finding shoes that fit and these fit great. I've been wearing Brooks Beast shoes for many years and this is the best version yet for me.

25-30 miles/week walker here. 3 years ago after replacing both hips, I started walking. After a few pairs of Ghost, Glycerin, Adrenalines, I got my first pair of Beast '20s a few weeks ago. Wow, great cushioning and great support. Personal bests the last two weeks with these bad boys. Highly recommend!

These are the best walking and running shoes I?ve ever had! I?ve worn the ASICS Gel Kayano shoe for the past few years, but after trying the Beast shoe, I?ll never go back! The true benefit is the wide platform across the bottom of the shoe that helps with balance when jogging and walking, and they come in wider width shoe (e.g. 2E). Plus, the Guiderails help with stability as well. I hope Brooks continues to keep this shoe available. One recommendation would be to offer more colors in the Beast shoe.

Excellent shoes with terrific support. I don't use them for running, but I wear them all day at work and for recreation.

I am on my feet 12-15 hours a day and this show give me comfort I don't even know I am wearing shoe it like I am walking on a cloud. Best shoe I have ever use
