The shoe is labeled narrow, but both the box and the tag attached say "wide." I ordered a narrow, and I am not exactly sure what this is because of the labeling. However, the reason I am returning the shoe is because I pronate in it. Within minutes of having it on, I begin to experience knee pain.

These sneakers are too bulky for me. Hence, I’m returning them.

It’s a well made shoe, but the style that was perfect for me was the WW411WT2 which is impossible to find in an 8.5 W. I bought this thinking it’s an 8.5W and it’s a 411, but it’s only barely tolerable, it’s not the same wider toe area , my toes feel squashed, but I wore them to see if they’d get better, so I can’t return them and can’t afford to get new ones yet… and what would I get ?? Wish you’d replenish your supply of WW411WT2.

Though marked W wide, it isn't. It is just the same as a medium. I have no room in the toe box and feel the edges of the shoe, and my toe area actually extends beyond the shoe inside, making my toes squished. I even went up a half size and that did not help. So, these shoes are not as marked, not wide as indicated, and the shoe is not very cushioned. There is little to no arch support, which I need, and I don't think I should spend this much for a shoe and need something for arch support in an athletic shoe! So they are going back, unfortunately.

The shoes felt narrower than my other new pair of New Balance shoes (same size, different style). They felt flimsy, with less cushioning and support. I returned them.

I have several problems with my feet in the toe area when I added my foot inserts. They simply were not comfortable because would have irritated the toes. Think I am going to have to choose shoes that have flexible material in the area instead of leather .

It was not a half size smaller but a bit smaller. It was also narrow for a medium. Needs more padding around the opening. OK shoe for the price

I bought the wrong size width. I thought I could get away with it. They also rubbed a blister on the side of my ankle. I have worn them twice for short walks. Will be giving these to Good Will.

Lovely shoes but felt too big. Had to return

I have to return these shoes asap. Runs narrow and short. Cheap shoelaces.

I've worn NB for years and love the support . They hold up well for a long time. But I'm realizing that they do run small as another reviewer said. so be warned. Great shoes otherwise. I ordered 5 pairs and tried this on first. It went in the "keep" pile until i tried on the Hoka one one and saucany... better fit for my toe length.

We were hoping to get a new pair of 611 to replace one of the three pair we have. This pair is different. The vamp or toe box very narrow and the shoe felt shorter. We'll now have to try something different.

Attractive and a good price but with a sock on, I could barely get my feet into them, even though this is the size I always wear.

I have worn New Balance for years and have always been happy with their products. These shoes feel too tight and do not fit like a 7.5 shoe. It seems smaller over all and the width seems narrower. Very disappointing.

This pair is okay but I was hoping these would be like my New Balance Fresh Foam Boracay shoes I purchased a few years ago.

Not for my foot. Felt like it was made for someone else. I have bunions and narrow heals. So it might work for some people but wasn’t for me and didn’t feel super stylish.

This shoe was just too uncomfortable for me to walk in. It also was too blue.

This shoe (411) is very nice looking. When I put it on, I was in for a big surprise. I ordered a wide, but it did not even seem wide. Very disappointing. It also seemed a bit short to me. These will go back....

Too small and quality was not typical of New Balance

Right shoe was made wider than the left shoe.

I have a high arch and there was no support with these shoes. They look great and will be great for people without arch support needs.

This particular shoe has been returned because they just didn't feel good on my feet!

Found the fit was ok, however the shoe seems unstable when I walked, making it uncomfortable: I will be returning.
