Worked fine, was much better for the neuropathy in my feet than the old ones.

I normally wear a size 10-1/2 shoe. Bought the size 11 and sent it back. Then bought the size 12 and it's snug on my right foot. Should of sent them back for the size 12-1/2. I have to wear the right foot laced up extremely tight to keep my big toe from rubbing.

I wear a size 10-1/2 Extra wide. Ordered the size 11 Extra wide. Too small for sure sent back and got the size 12 Extra wide. Bit snug but doable.

Would have given 5 stars but for my specific foot, hurts my bunion to side of little toe (not adequate room). Otherwise, if had normal foot, it was very comfortable, well cushioned inside and heel and ankle area.

I was looking for a wide shoe suitable for a very high instep foot. I generally wear an EE (extra wide). I tried this shoe in the "wide" but it was not wide enough through the toe box for my foot. It was pretty good over the high instep but the heel was too loose. Really sorry that this shoe didn't work. There are very few options out there for people with the high instep issue.

Very comfortable shoe and several people mentioned liking the color.

good fit. super comfy. 9.5 wide. put them on first time and was on my feet for 5 hours straight. felt great.

Returned for another choice. I need a narrow shoe so choices are limited.

They are the only shoes that I can wear because of feet chronic pain. I take out the shoe laces and the tongue as they cause pain. I have used this shoe for years.

Instead of the 411 B I ordered, I received another style 577 B (so received 1 pair of 411, instead of the two I ordered and 3-577, instead of the two I ordered).

Had some problem after wearing shoes for a while because my feet swell.

I fit in medium width but this shoe was a good 1/2 size to narrow.

I usually take an 8 1/2 wide which I ordered for this shoe- it felt more like an 8 and not wide. other than the size issue it was ok.

I tried this pair on after I had tried the others I purchased. These are very comfortable sneakers. I do not like the laces. I feel that if I paid this much for an athletic shoe, it should have had the sport laces, not the cotton ones. But to be fair, the other more expensive sneaks that I purchased also came with the cheap cotton laces.

These are shoes I go back to again and again. Comfort and a nice style. The fit was not perfect on the first try but Zappos immediately placed an order for a half size larger and sent a return label for the original pair

Runs small, modifications must have been made since last purchase.

They’re kind of old lady looking which is why I gave three stars on style. Otherwise, these sneakers are very comfortable! As an RN on my feet all day for 12 hour shifts these shoes are heavenly.

The fit was perfect!

This are your typical New Balance sneaker. The fit felt a tiny bit large, as my heel slipped in one of the shoes. I appreciated the removable footbed. I was hoping for a more vibrant blue or perriwinkle color and what was in the box was kind of (in my opinion) a shade of blue my grandmother would wear. Due to the fit and the color, they went back.

Needed more arch support

Plenty of support and good quality, but too snug with even thin socks.

The fit and size are good, but did not look as good as online. A little bulky for my taste. Rather than return, I will donate them.

They changed the toe box and it is now too small. I wore this size for 20+ years and loved the shoes . But now the toe box is not shaped like a foot with the big toe not longer so my toe was damaged by the change .

Not the most cute looking shoe. They were comfy but the style wasn't that great.

Had to return them. They are kind of heavy for my delicate feet.
