Nice look and style. Didn't love the off-white, creamy soles. Would prefer white. But overall, these ran way too narrow. I returned them.

Returned. Very stiff and needed a lot more cushioning. My flat feet felt every bump under the carpet. Size and width okay. Just not the comfort I was looking for.

I previously had Gel Excite 6, great shoes, then they changed them. I was hoping these would be comparable, but sadly these do not have the nice wide toes., so far I have tried Gel Excite 7 which were so tight across the instep that they made my toes numb. I will keep trying thanks to Zappos.

My foot is changing. I'll need to return and order a wide. Arch support is good. Cush is good. My little toe is cramped and goes under 4th toe, so need more space.

I tried these 2000 8s and also the 2000 8 Trails. I returned these. The Trail ones made a difference -- better pronation support and a definite feel that the cushioning was better. I just felt like these didn't fit my feet like a glove, the way the 2000 8 Trail model did.

I have very flat feet and usually opt for the Gel Kayano shoe- but I didn't like the toe room in the Kayano 26 (loved the 25). So I chose the GT 2000, and my feet felt less supported and I felt like the shoes wore out faster than the Gel Kayano. I like the GTs for walking, but for running I'm back to the Gel Kayanos.

This a nice shoe, but not right for me. Arch support is not enough and doesn’t hit my arch. The shoe is high in the heel and throws my alignment off causing an instant backache.

the GT 2000 8 seems to be the smaller and narrow version of other GT 2000 shoes. Too bad, since I like the colors in these and the other GT 2000 colors are less inspiring to me. I usually wear size 9 in other GT 2000 versions. This one is significantly smaller.

Don't buy these shoes. I really wanted to like them because I've used the GT series for sooooo long (I've been running for 24 years and have used Asics for the majority of that time). They're uncomfortable. They run well, as in: the tech behind the bounce of the shoe is there, but, the ride is uncomfortable. Standing is uncomfortable. Walking results in rubbing. I dunno....I paid so much for these and I really like the color but the whole return\exchange\refund thing is too much for me right now. I'm 5'3", 108lbs, feet are normal (I wear 6.5 in reg shoes and 7.0 in athletic shoes).

I'm so disappointed that Asics shoes no longer fit me well. The narrow size is great but the shoe is not comfortable at all. Even while sitting, it hurts the bottom of my feet! Too stiff and hard with very little cushion. Have to send back :-(

I have these same shoes, same size, just an older model (GT-1000 8) and they fit great. This pair is awful, my toes go numb, plus the shoes are so stiff I feel like I have concrete slabs on my feet when I tried to run in them. Awful, I won't buy another pair of ASICS.

I bought these in 8 which is my typical size for ASICS (which is also bigger than my shoe size which is 7 or 7.5). The were really tight and cramped. I'm guessing an 8.5 might work but maybe even a 9? I don't want to go back and forth trying to find the right size and *then* figure out if they're even the right shoe for me. I also ordered the trail running version of this model and, although not as tight and cramped, it was still tight and cramped. I was really happy to take both of these running shoes off. I'll have to go to the running store to find a new pair.

I don't know what's happen to ASICS women's running shoes, but this shoe was not even close to a medium width. I have reverted to ordering Men's ASICS running shoes with no issues with width, but I wanted to give it just one more try. I'll keep ordering in Men's sizes until ASICS can get it together with their women's line.

I have been a daily runner for over 13 years. These shoes are not working for me. They overheat my feet when I run. They have caused me knees issues and sore feet. I have mostly always purchased Asics running shoes and never had any issues before. This is my first online order so I couldn't try the shoes before buying them. I am very disappointed in these shoes and would not recommend them.
