I am pretty flat footed so I definitely am aware of the arch in the shoe. I have a narrow foot and this is the only brand that I am aware of that comes in a true narrow.

I have an over-pronation and this shoe provides the support I was looking for. I ordered online and the fit is the same as my previous ASICS.

Since my goal is to improve my speed, I am not usually big on stability shoes, since they always weigh me down. However, I have to admit that on trail runs/long runs, where providing support is paramaunt, lightweight shoes just don't get the job done. GT-2000 8 have proved to be very stable on my mountain trail runs. It's stability shoe that doesn't feel like one.

This is my first pair of ASICS but they're By far the most comfortable shoes I own! I pronate and I never knew how much it affected my walking/running, the shoes hold my feet stable and my knees and back are thanking me!

I just got these Asics shoes. I put them on and wore them for 10 mins. in my house and they felt great. I do jazzercise high/low impact 4-5 times a week so I needed a good shoe for that. I usually put over a 100 classes with no issues with feet or knees. I ordered these to replace my Asic Gel- Scram 5 (which they don't make anymore) but these will be a good replacement for me

Though Asics has always run short for me before,(except for the Gel Kahana 8, no longer available) I found these GT-2000 8 to be a perfect length for my size 12, and just a bit narrow, which is also perfect for me. I had originally ordered a 12.5 out of caution, but it was clearly too long. I am SO appreciative of previous reviews to guide me to this shoe! With flat feet, osteoarthritis and a tendency to pronate, the arch and ankle support in this shoe is a dream come true. I went from limping in my aging Nikes to feeling as though I could fly with these lightweight, supportive shoes, that are cut a bit high and have a padded collar that holds snugly just below my ankle. When the arch begins to soften, as they always do, I know I can add my favorite WalkFit arch supports to regain the fit. The Black/Rose Gold color is sleek and subtle, so I don't feel super-obvious wearing it to work, which I need to (I do wish there was at least one other more conservative color). If your foot sounds like mine, try these!!

Asics are a solid shoe for over-pronators. I have worn the GT-2000 forever and they are always reliable. Often the colors are a bit muted but pink was available this time and why not? So they are fun as well as functional.

These shoes are so comfortable! I wear 11.5 Narrow shoe and it is nearly impossible to find shoes that fit. I have been wearing Asics shoes for the last two years now and they are so very comfortable. My feet naturally turn in; I literally have extra bones in my ankles, and normal sneakers just don't offer the support I need. I wear my Asics everyday, all day, to work and for just everyday activities like going for a walk outside and shopping. My feet actually hurt less when wearing the shoes. I can't praise Asics enough!

These shoes were a perfect fit but the right one seemed to have a defect over the middle of my right big toe. I was out of work because of COVID 19 so had the opportunity to give them a good try. At first I thought I just needed to break them in but after trying them every other day for a month or so, I realized I couldn't keep them on for longer than three hours without extreme discomfort. So disappointed.

I only wear Asics; the only brand that always fits!

I’m no stranger to this brand, but after sending back other styles, I finally found this one to be very good! I love bright colors and, unfortunately, they no longer make the ones I wore for years and absolutely loved. I truly wish they would bring them back and every time I wore them, people complemented the shoes! Oh well! Nothing I can do about it!

I was so excited to order EXPENSIVE GT2000 Asics instead of the cheaper versions I usually buy at DSW. At first I put them on and felt like heaven!!!!! But then I walked around 1/2 a day and started hurting near my toes! Possibly they run little smaller than the cheaper Asics? Thanks for yourgreat customer service.

I, too, have a narrow foot, and this shoe works pretty well. I had to size UP 2 sizes to get the length right. Arch support is good.

FINALLY a narrow shoe that is not too bad in width. With a bit of a heavy sock these will be awesome. Best I have found in a long time. I ordered several other brands in the so call narrow, and no go. Thank you Zappo for understanding and letting me return shoes. I love ZAPPO and I'm ordering another pair right away to have as a spare

The ASICS 10 N is perfect for me. I find it difficult to find a narrow in almost every brand. Love them! I always buy ASICS

I normally wear an 11.5 N in Asics shoes. For some reason, my third toe felt squished in the 11.5 N so went up to a 12 N. The fit was perfect. I was able to add my orthopedic insert for my needed arch support. I will love walking in these. They are cute, well made, and feel great.

So nice to get shoes that fit - 10 1/2 can be a hard size to find and the narrower heel fits me great!

ASICS are my favorite sneaker for walking, however this pair felt very uncushiony and had less arch support than others I’ve had. Sent them back

I got the GT- 2000 7 and loved them, but the GT-2000 8 were too narrow in the width, so when I walked in them, it was painful on the sides of my foot.

I would have preferred wider but gave those a try. I will check if this one is available as wide and then buy and return those. I will keep them otherwise.

These are very comfortable shoes that give me just the right amount of support! As a nurse, I'm on my feet all day and recently sprained my ankle. They keep my feet from aching and give me the support I need from my recent injury too! Plus the color is super fun and I get compliments on it all the time! I also am a runner and have ALWAYS had ASICS as my #1 running shoe!

These Asics are the best I've tried for probably the last four years. This style has more room in the toe box so my toes are not being squeezed like they were in the Nimbus. Like many others have said about other styles of Asics, please bring back more generous gel under the ball of the foot. That is my only complaint. There is ample gel for my heel, and great lateral support.

The shoes are better than I have found for quite awhile. I also wear narrow so it is impossible to find something that feels good - looks good and I can walk my 3.5 miles each day. Like I said, these are OK. Problem is they stretch out fast, especially since they are a bit wider in the begin than I'd like. Saying all that, THANK YOU Asics for keeping on with narrow shoes. Can't find them in too many brands anymore. What are we narrow feet people suppose to do ??
I'd also recommend:
Can't find another brand at this time in NARROW - use to wear New Balance - way to wide now

I have bought Asics for years, but the sneaker is more narrow in the toe-box area than others. They also seem 1/2 size smaller all around. I am going to try and order a wide width in the same style and see how it fits.
