I really like this shoe and color but the only thing that is making me want to return this shoe is the heel part!! Why in the world did they make it so weird and uncomfortable. The heel part is hurting me. I like to run but I felt like it was rubbing up against me even when I tried it on while standing! I can’t imagine running in it. The grip on the bottom is excellent. I would loved to used this shoe in a workout class. Ugh I’m so disappointed. I really wanted this show to work.

I love the white with neon accents and the look for the sneaker - if you’re just sitting still it’s fine BUT MY LORD- the tab on the heel is SO high and rough on the side that hits your achilles that there is NO way to avoid blisters. I even put a blister bandaid to protect it but the material is so rough that it lifts the band aid - It’s really disappointing!

These are super comfy and supportive. As an ICU nurse in NY during the pandemic, I referred to these as my ‘Covid’ shoes. Working day in and day out, constantly on my feet- these shoes never failed me. I went home exhausted but my feet didn’t throb like they do in other sneakers. I liked them so much that I bought another pair for running. I agree with another user that the backs are a little high so wearing ankle socks caused some irritation- I fixed that issue by wearing higher ankle socks. I run 3-5 miles, 5 days per week and these sneakers have been great.

The back of this shoe makes my ankle (achilles) bleed unless I’m wearing thick socks. Not ankle socks, as those are too short and the only running socks I own...you need high socks. After 10+ runs I thought it would get better but I’m officially throwing these sneakers out and getting a different pair. I can’t even use them for walking because they still make my ankles bleed.

I had high hopes for this shoe. I ordered a half-size larger than I usually order in New Balance shoes, due to new orthotic inserts. I was disapponted to find that, although they said that they were Wide, they were NOT at all wide. They were very narrow and tight. They were also at least 1/2 size too short; maybe even a full size. I have read reviews stating that New Balance sizes are inconsistent between models; now I know that to be true. If you order, I would advise you to order at least 1/2 size larger. If you need a wide width, I would suggest you look for a different shoe.

I'm picky about shoes and I was actually really impressed with these. I walk at work, non-stop, all day and these are supportive and comfortable. They seem to run true to size, which is hard to find. I got a half size bigger to put inserts in. Very happy with these!!

First off, super-freaking cute! Peach and Red color combo! Love the fit. Normally I wear 8.5 or 9, more often than not however the 8.5. So I did end up going with the 9 for this soft-top tennie and they fit perfectly. I have been wearing new balance for years and they are a go-to for me. I wear these for an hour walk daily or an hour of cardio daily. Can't make a single complaint. Love.

Got the coral color and love it. Super comfortable and love the large toe box area. Only downside is they run really small. I have a 9 size foot and got the 10. My toes hit the end.

I had to go up a full size as they didn't have the half size that I needed. Have not worn them yet. Also, the wide width kind of fits like a regular instead of wide. But, they feel comfortable when I tried them on. Love the color.

Yes, as the other reviewers have mentioned, the heel has a major design flaw. Like MAJOR. It does hurt the back of my ankle and I was only doing some tes
t walks in my own home...I can't even imagine how much it would hurt on an actual run/walk! However, these are the comfiest shoes I've ever tried on! I don't even need to break them in; they're so comfortable. I did find a solution to the heel design flaw. I sewed together the 2 back flaps and since one of them is shorter (the shorter outer flap is the reflective portion), it kind of creates an outward curve on the heel. Just a little. Just enough curvature to stop that annoying rubbing of the heel to my Achilles. I took a picture but it appears I cannot post pictures on my reviews but hopefully this tip helps someone else out. The shoes were so perfect in every way except for the heel and I wanted to keep it so I found a nifty solution. Win-win. :)

I never tried on this shoe - the reason I ordered it was because when I searched for "yellow" - this shoe appeared so I ordered it because New Balance is my go to brand. Sorry, it is NOT yellow but a yellowish lime green and it does not match any yellow anything that I own. Soooooo disappointed.

I bought them with the highest hopes, wanted to return them ? after wearing them the back on the hill made a cut to my skin where it touched my leg skin wasn’t something that I expected of newbalance because aren’t the only ones I have

I wanted to love these because the color is gorgeous. However the style is so uncomfortable and the back end of the shoe really digs into your heal and these were poorly designed. After one wear I will be returning. They are very defective.

I love these shoes! Not only are they incredibly lovely visually but they are so comfortable! I feel like the cushion is just right and still super lightweight. A perfect every day sneaker for a Physical Education teacher. The upper is the best material I’ve ever experienced. It has just the right amount of structure and stretch. I used to love the Nike Flyknit but it doesn’t hold a candle to this. Blows it out of the water. Additionally the heel has good structure so that even though it’s a fitted sock-like feel to the upper, it’s easy to slide on and off without crunching the heel or struggling to get your foot in. I am in love! Plus the toe box doesn’t crunch my wide feet. Perfect for when my feet swell a bit by the end of the day.
