don't order if you have a wide foot very narrow shoe

Very comfortable, soft, true to size. I am very happy with this purchase- great sneaker for walking and light jogging. The one caveat is if I don't wear a high enough sock in the back, the sneaker rubs the back of my heel causing discomfort. But since I've made sure to wear a higher ankle sock, no problems.

I really liked these. They were really comfy but I had to send back because the back part on the heel came up high and rubbed the back of my ankle. I wish they would have worked. I wore them one day and got endless compliments on them!

Very comfortable at first but as I tried them around the house I realized that it did not feel right in my left foot. I really wanted to love these sneakers because it is hard to find sneakers that fit my wide feet. So close, but I need to return them and try again. They were otherwise comfortable and lightweight. Good for running.

These shoes offer excellent support. The wider part on the sole at the heel looks a little weird, but I believe this adds to the support. The soles are squishy and soft- I feel like the sole is adequately padded. I like how these shoes kind of fit onto your foot like a thick sock and hug around the middle of your foot. I use my custom orthotics in these shoes, and they are still roomy enough. My one complaint, as listed in other reviews, is that the shoe comes up way too high on the heel. It is very uncomfortable, and even worse with ankle socks where the shoe rubs directly on my skin. I decided to keep these shoes anyway because everything else about them is great. I have been putting adhesive moleskin on my heels, and I’m hoping the fabric will eventually get softer or stretch out.

These are great sneakers but....after testing their performance my only complaint was the height of the heel of the shoe. No idea why they made it so high up. Walking felt uncomfortable and it would hit against my heel. Superb when running in them I wondered if I needed a smaller size but the toe room was perfect...

This shoe has an attached tongue that makes it extremely hard to get on. With heavy socks i could not get it on at all. It is so annoying and with out socks I thought the shoe was really comfortable and I liked the look of the shoe but with socks it was hopeless. I have a wide toe issue and ordered a wide shoe. These did not feel wide once I coudl get my foot inside.

Unlike every other NB shoe I've purchased, the back of this shoe is not "notched." So if you are wearing short socks, it rubs uncomfortably.
