I thought I had struck gold with these. Plenty wide enough and they are pretty cute. However, the soles are stiff. They might break in after a while but I have difficult feet and considering the price, I couldn't take a chance that they wouldn't become more comfortable so unfortunately I had to return them. Thanks Zappos for providing such great customer service. Without your free shipping and returns, women like me with really bad feet would never be able to buy shoes!

I’m surprised by the reviewers who said this boot is too narrow. Quite the contrary for me! I have a high arch and a wide foot, and this boot fit perfectly. I’m ordering a half size smaller just to see if I can get a little better fit. They will make great waterproof boots for walking short or long distances!

I'm glad I took a chance on these boots after reading some of the other reviews. I wear a 10w with more a D size width foot. These felt very comfortable all over and had a roomy toe box. These boots are cute, comfy and functional. You might could even put an insert if it's not too thick or even a half insert.

I thought this would be a winner for my wide foot because of the rounded shape, but even in a wide it was way too narrow across the ball of my foot. The boot itself is cute and the insole is comfy, but the pinching across the ball of the foot was a no-go for me.

A lovely boot. I loved the feminine detail around the ankle and the heel. I ordered my size in a wide and they accommodated my bunion and wide toes. The ankle of the boots were too wide and my heels slipped forward into the toe box. I have the problem of skinny ankles and wide toes. I cannot wear socks with boots. Overall this is a great looking boot. I was sorry it did not work out for me. I had to return them

This lacks the cushion and flexibility that make my old Comfortiva ankle boots my favorite fall/winter footwear. Also this has a less attractive bulky blunt toe contour that is paradoxically too narrow even in a wide. I sent them back.

This is a LOVELY boot. Unfortunately, it was just a bit too narrow for my foot.

I was surprised that the boots fit. I almost never get an actual narrow. These are true to width and were very comfortable.

Despite this being a size N, the heel was too wide and the shoe flopped when I walked. There is zero arch support in this shoe. It's a shame because I really like the style.

As nice a these booties look the fir is one the large side. They are also not nearly as comfortable as I had hoped. Bummer.

I have had this boot in brown for a long time, and love it. I wanted it in black, but it has been out of stock for years. I assumed it was discontinued. I was SO excited when Zappos got it back in stock this fall! I have flat feet and wear a narrow, and it is one of the very few boots that work for me. I typically wear a 10N, but the 9 1/2 N felf better in this shoe. Good looking, comfortable boot.

Wow! Pleasantly surprised by this seriously discounted boot (I think I got the last one- luckily in my size!). It’s cute, comfy, nice footbed and runs true to size (7.5C). Just a little stiff on the first wear but the leather loosened up right away. I’d buy it again even at the regular price!

This is my 2nd pair of this style, I wish I have different color, I want it just in case this style is discontinued . The arch support is okay, but my feet are not very high arch; work for me. I like the roomy toe box.

I love these boots. I have tragically flat, narrow feet. It is hard enough to find narrow shoes, and then my feet pronate so badly I just can't wear 90% of the shoes I do find in my size. For some reason, these work. I wear either a 9 1/2 or 10 N. I bought a 9 1/2 N in these boots and they were plenty roomy, both in length and width. I added a thin orthotic without a problem. They are one of only 2 or 3 pairs of shoes in my closet that I can wear all day. They are so stylish and I have gotten many compliments on them! Not something I am used to with my comfort-only shoe wardrobe. Love these boots.

Great boots. Took a star off because they are quite heavy. Waterproof and stylish. High quality. I will definitely be looking at more shoes from this company.

First off, I LOVE the style of the boot & am so pleased that it came in a Narrow. I really wanted them to work, but, alas, they are just not comfortable.

These are SUPER cute!!! Unfortunately, the width seems inaccurate. Even at a W width, they were still too narrow :(

Well made boot, loved the look but I take a 9.5 Narrow and even though it was the right size, it was still too big in the heel.

Didn't like the stiff leather that pokes my shin. I would have kept them if the upper was softer.

Love this boot! So comfortable and very well made. I am an 11 N, so it’s hard to find the right zip up boot that is not too loose on my foot.
