The heel is too wide so slipped with every step. Plus, the right shoe was larger than the left. Too bad because they are a good looking boot.

The leather and style of this boot is really cute but I can't make it work. I need (although it no longer exists in the world) a AA forefoot and AAAA heel. This "Narrow " shoe doesn't come close! Visually and fit wise, it's more like a B width. I tried heel pads, as well as my orthotics. It's just too wide

This boot does not have any substantial tread on the soles of the boots. The SHOES I bought on the same day from Zappos has a great amount of tread that will be helpful in snow & ice. I had trouble finding any boots that would fit me so I ordered these, hoping they would really be boots for walking in snow & ice, but they are obviously not the boots I thought I was buying. I've repacked these boots without wearing them for anything but to walk in the house for a few minutes. I have not taken a picture of soles, the lack of tread.

Too tight and small overall. Not a particularly well-made boot. Disappointed.

I usually wear a 9 or 9.5 shoe, but I could barely get my foot into this size 9 bootie. I want to replace it with a 9.5 to try again. It's a stylish boot with stitching detail.

This narrow boot is still very wide and the foot bed and sole are hard. They hurt my feet and I sloshed around in them. Not a true narrow .

These are not narrow at all. Cute frill but don't fit even close to size.

I usually wear a 9 and could not even get it on my foot. I would order a full size larger.

one shoe was a 9 reg and the left was a 9 W.

These boots hurt my feet, even after taking the insert out and putting in my Orthoheel insert. Wish I had sent them back.
