Boot felt wonderful. Perfect arch support and beautiful leather & stitching. Was a little too "work bootish" for me.

Very nice bootie, just did not fit

I liked the boots but the top rubbed against my calf.

Ordered a narrow but these were still really wide. I wish I could have kept them. Such a cute shoe- just didn't fit.

I'm finally realizing that I need a wide width to accommodate some possible nerve damage that is making my little toes go numb. These were truly a wide width and I like them, except they failed to come with the factory inserts. I'm still experimenting with inserts to find the right one. Maybe Zappos can find me those missing inserts?

First, I love the look of the boot., It is a little tight on my foot, and difficult to put on. I wore them around the house yesterday and they seem to be loosing up a bit across the ball of my foot. I am hoping it gets easier to put on too. I would return it for a W, but there aren't any.

size was great but I could feel the seam on the right boot, along the side of my foot.

Cute and pretty comfortable. Nice arch support that was too far back for my arch.

According to the size chart I thought I was getting ordering the correct size but it appeared to be much larger than expected. The leather is nice and and the footbed id soft and comfortable.

They are comfy but seem thin-soled. I like the look and will keep them. Hope the last.

I loved the look of the boot; they are well-made but unfortunately, they were too snug around the ankle area and the toe.

These were narrows and pretty true to size. They were a little short on my larger foot so I returned for a Softwalk bootie

I bought two different pairs and these were just a little short on the longer foot. They were comfortable and a g old narrow fit. The other Softwalk pair were just enough longer to choose.

The fit of this shoe was good but didn't really like the rounded toe. The older pair similar to these had a more pointed toe - allthough not completely pointed. Had to return.

The heel is ok but the front part is too tight and arch support poor. They're very cute but they would hurt meto wear, sadly.

Ok for starters I ordered 81/2W what I recieved was left foot 81/2N and right foot 81/2W so I will be returning these and ordering 81/2M and hope for the best. I do love the low heal and style of boot. So really hoping they send the right ones this time.

Really cute. Tried everything but they are just too too wide! I wear an 11 N or S. Sadly I have to return them.

These were cute, but, unfortunately, the wides were still too narrow for my feet. I'd never tried this brand before.

I always wear a medium shoe. This one was too narrow. Also, the leather "lace" around the top of the boot rubbed the back of my ankle. Returning.

These are a full size larger. I ordered an 8.5 (my usual shoe size), exchanged for an 8, STILL TOO BIG!

I bought a pair of black Fallstons in 2018. They are my "go to" boots and I love them. I receive a lot of compliments when I wear them. I ordered a brown pair this fall. The top of the front of the boots are an inch or more higher and hit my shin in an uncomfortable place when I walked in them. The opening of the top of the boot is also smaller. So disappointed. I returned.

This brand must not run true to size in all styles. Other 10W was fine but these are smaller.

the shoes are cute as pictured but absolutely tight all over from every angle. if you have a really skinny and narrow feet give it a try.
