The size was perfect, true to size width wise too BUT did not like this color AT ALL. Returned.

This is an adorable bootie, but unfortunately won't work with my aging, bunion feet. The footbed is narrow, and the ankle gapped on me. Sadly, they are going back.

I bought a pair of these in black in October 2019 and I LOVE them. They immediately were comfortable, I walked all over Disney in them, and wore them almost every day for months. In August 2020, I bought a bronze pair, and I thought it was my imagination they felt different, and I kept them. Now that I’m wearing them regularly, I realize they feel cheaper/lighter and rub in random places. I’m still holding out hope they will improve, but I think something changed in their manufacturing between 2019 and 2020 and I’m disappointed.

This shoe is cute but a half size too small.

Loved these shoes! BUT they are too tight over my high instep. Hoping that they would stretch, I wore them. They have a stretched a little, but I now have tendinitis in the tops of my feet and am limping badly. So beware if your foot is like mine.

A good looking shoe. Nice leather. I found them to be very uncomfortable though. They hurt my arches and pinched my toes. I tried different insoles but they were still uncomfortable. I have neuropathy in my feet and I can only wear a few shoe brands.

I keep trying but I have not had great luck getting a pair of ECCO shoes that fit. I am a true 9 1/2 and their size 40 is too small for my foot. I really like the style and color but they just don't fit properly. I wish they made it in a size 40.5

This is my third pair of Soft 7's because they are so comfortable. However, this is not a true black, more of a charcoal gray, and therefore are going back.

I have a high arch and the zipper was hard to zip. And i have a wide foot..so to marrow for me color was more metallic than picture showed

I was really hoping to like these. My first disappointment was that the material feels way cheaper than I expected. It seems like a super thin layer of suede over a liner material. I don’t feel like it would hold up well. The sole is very stiff and the ankle is too tight with the zipper up all the way. I have average ankles and had to leave the zipper half down to even walk around the house with these on.

Not comfortable at all. Not convinced I would like the style.

I have the same shoes in gray suede leather. The difference in comfort between the suede version (that I love) and the leather booties out of the box was huge. The leather version is tight and not flexible, even though the length was the same. I have a 38 in both.

Could not get my foot into the boot. I have other Ecco shoes but this one was off.

Alas, although these are cute, I couldn't even get my foot in them. Trying again with the next size up. I float between 11 and 12 and 41 and 43. I'm hoping the 43 will work.

this particula pair was damaged. The suede had been wiped or something to render ugly I have two other pairs and they are great I am sorry this was not. It is not the shoe It was this particular pair

Runs a little large and I inserted an insole. Really helped. Love the color
