I purchased the Soft 7 Zip Bootie and a Soft 7 Low Cut Zip Bootie. They appeared to be identical except 'Low Cut' was suede and this one was smooth leather. This was my first ECCO purchase. I liked the fit of both out of the box. Upon examination, the 'Soft 7 Zip' I received is not leather lined and does not have a leather footbed. After I wore them for a while - standing, working on a project, they were uncomfortable. The 'Low Cut' are much more comfortable for standing & walking around - I assume due to the different footbed. I will keep the 'Low Cut' and return the 'Soft 7 Zip'.

Cute shoes/boots. Not really boots, the tops hit just at the ankle. Nice round toe box. The leather is soft and supple and forms to the foot. I have a bunion so I often have problems with fit but not with these shoes. The color is between dark brown and black. They go with a range of colors. Not a sparkly metallic. Overall a sleek, sporty, comfortable shoe/boot.

I love these shoes. I bought my normal size (same as Birkenstock and Dansko) and they were comfortable right out of the box. The leather is very soft and the small cut out in the back of the shoe makes bending and moving around really easy, doesn't cut into your ankle at all. I have a very high arch and I can't wear a lot of slip-on booties, since I can't get my foot into them. But the zipper on the side of these makes all the difference. They were the tiniest bit snug across the top of my foot at first, but they loosened up within a couple hours of wearing. For me, the price of these shoes was a little intimating, but I'm super happy I pulled the trigger and bought them. The quality seems great, the comfort is amazing, and I have gotten lots of compliments already. I will be wearing these all of fall and I'm sure they will hold up with my adventures!

I love this shoe, now I have 2 pair. Runs a little larger than the Soft 7 Sneaker, but they only come in full sizes. I bought some thicker socks and now they are perfect. I had a knee replacement, then developed plantar faciitis and then a stress fracture in my foot (all on my right side). I also have a high arch. These shoes have made it possible for me to go for long walks again! YAY! Well worth the money.

I love these shoes! I have both the black and the gray color. They are so comfortable right out of the box. Wore the gray pair all day yesterday and my feet felt as good at the end of the day as at the beginning. I think the style is so good looking, minimalist but chic even in my jogging pants. I have kind of a high arch and was initially worried about getting them zipped up all the way. Had to use needle-nose pliers the first few times but they quickly molded to my feet and it wasn’t a problem.

This was a great shoe. But my experience with Echo white rubber soles is you can't clean them! I have had black dye that rubbed off the shoe on to the white sole and there is absolutely no way to clean it. I have tried everything! Returning because of the white sole.

I love ECCO shoes. This style, in particular, and purchased it in two colors. Keeping the Dark Shadow and return the Black Stone Metallic. The color is not right for me. Also, each shoe seems to be a different shade of this color.

I am a solid size 10, I needed the 42 in these. I love these shoes - perfect for dress-down days without looking like you have on true sneakers. Color (metallic gray) goes with everything. I tried the 41, and I tried the low cut shoe, but I think the ankle fit is a good sub for a bootie in the winter with slim fit jeans. I feel so stylish. I am needing "comfort" shoes more and more, and someone recommended this brand. I don't think these are as comfortable as a true walking shoe / running shoe, they are good enough for my purposes and they fit my orthotic which I use on occasion. Will be taking them on my trip to France and enjoying them on the weekends back home through the winter. So excited about this stylish sneaker!

really cute! But I found this ran smaller and narrower than most. Pity, I was hoping it would work for me. I tried sizing up, only to find it was too large. Ecco makes nice shoes , but they need to go a tad wider in my world.

Stylish meets comfort. These are my go to shoes when I know I’m going to be doing a lot of walking, but do not want to wear tennis shoes.

I love the ECCO Soft 7 Zip Bootie. This is my second pair and, like the first pair, I took them out of the box and wore them all day. Comfortable, some arch support and a perfect fit. I normally wear a size 8 and this bootie was true to size. The color black was perfect. You can wear them casual or for dress up. The zipper was tight initially but did loosen up after being used a couple of times.

Amazing! Most comfortable shoes, ever!! I’m a special education teacher and on my feet all day- these were amazing! I want a pair in every color!

I ordered a size up and they are perfect. So comfortable right out the gate...They are also so beautiful. It's not easy for me to find shoes that fit. These do and they are delicious to wear.

Love these. Go with everything jeans to dresses. The metallic black is a great color. Subtle but trendy.

I am about a 7 3/4 on shoe size and the 38 fit me perfectly. These are the most comfortable shoes I own. They are soft so there's no breaking them in discomfort around the ankle. They are super cute, I can't wait to buy another pair.

I was mislead by the photo and color description (night sky) to think that these were black. But they are definitely navy. I also didn’t like the way they felt on my foot, a bit clunky, but I’ll bet they would have softened up with wear. I returned them because of the color.

I love this bootie. However it did not have a leather footbed which I really wanted. The information listed is incorrect.

Very funny, Ecco. Or. When is a 43 not actually a women’s 12-12.5? When Ecco uses their special-not-like-anyone-else-lasts. I am a solid women’s 12 and even a tiny bit smaller like an 11.75 but hey, whatcha gonna do, so a 12 it is. It’s my fault for thinking Ecco could not possibly use the same last for every model, but apparently they do, or so it seams. Anyway, I could not even get this to be on my foot even fully unzipped. 12 more like 11. Thankful for Zappos return policy.

I normally wear a 9.5 M. When worn with socks, these booties are snug. They do loosen up after a few outings and are very comfortable. I appreciate that I can wear these shoes with skirts, shorts, and jeans. Therefore, they make a good travel shoe.

This were the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn - straight out of the box.

Bought the black suede version of these 2 years ago and they are getting a little dingy after weekly use and 2 trips to Europe walking 5-10 miles/day. Needed a newer pair. I overpronate and the arch support was just a little light in these. Added the Ortholite slim insert and they are perfect. I am a true 8.5 and sized to a 9 to allow more room for my insert. This leather version shows less no wear and is easier to keep clean. Solid quality shoe and is my go to shoe for travel. Nice enough to look good and as comfortable as a tennis shoe. These took a bit of time to wear in. They do stretch a bit like most good leather shoes. The shiny black finish gives a slight metallic sheen to the shoes. Have gotten many compliments. Will buy another pair if/when these wear out. Please keep making them!

Tried a similar style of Dr. Scholl's and hated those (clunky, uncomfortable and not real leather). Returned them for the Ecco Soft 7 and I love them. Comfortable, stylish and good quality. They are a bronze color that goes with black, gray or navy, which is what I was looking for. I wear a size 11 (I'm tall and slim) and these do not look clunky at all.

I wear a size 6 and euro size 36 fits perfectly. Ecco is a great brand. Fit style and look are exactly what I would expect.

These shoes are awesome! My pediatrician had them on last week and I had to have them. You can dress them up or down. I wore them all day at school the first day I got them and they were super comfortable! I had to size down because the first pair was too big. I went with their suggestion since they are European sizes- I wear a 6.5 and they suggested a 37. I had to return and get the 36 and they were perfect.
