These shoes are comfortable to wear. I just wish the straps were a bit thinner.

The shoe was well made. I did return because I didn't like the style on me.

Beautiful shoe that has a wonderful fit and is very comfortable. The strap doesn't quite fit smoothly otherwise it's a 5 star.

I loved the shoe it was comfortable but after a while it rubbed my toes on my left foot.

These a gorgeous shoes, just what I wanted. However, they came with a defect: there is a distracting bump on the foot pad of the left toe box. Because my older daughter has special needs and is particularly vulnerable to COVID, I'm just not going into places of business unless I absolutely have to, so I am not returning the shoes (which I would have normally done) and am trying to press the bump down as much as possible. I had some success but it is still there. Also, if this helps other people: I may have gotten a "wide" on these (my right foot is on the cusp of wide and regular and I never can figure out which to choose). Anyway, the shoes are beautiful and, except for the defect, seem sturdy and comfortable.

Order arrived quickly. Shoes did not need breaking in. There is a leather insert on the inside sole that could be a slight problem where the end is at the ball of the foot. Comfortable. True fit.

I bought these in Navy this month. They are very comfortable, however, they are most certainly not Navy. They are a light blue/gray color. Tried to upload an image but it would not load, but if you COULD see the image I am wearing Navy slacks and sort of a navy sock. There is a stark difference between those and the shoe color. It does not even come close to the dark blue of a navy. Also, the shoes make a little squeak/squish sound when walking. I am hoping that goes away with wearing. I do like the color and it's not worth the hassle of returning. Again, they are super comfortable

I have always had a great fit when purchasing Narrow Rockport Cobb Hill shoes; however, these in Narrow are a little bit wider than normal, so I put a pair of insoles in them to make them fit better. Overall, I have been really happy with the 4 pairs of Rockport Cobb Hill shoes that I own.

This is a nice shoe and very comfortable. The straps with button don't cover the velcro as well as they could.

Beautiful pic of the shoe but the wrong color was shipped to me and the top attached via velcro (not the quality I'm looking for at this price).

The color of the shoe is not Bordeaux inperson and doesn't look like the picture. It is more like brick with a yellow undertone.

Bought 3 pair for my wife earlier and she was very satisfied. She was very disappointed in the last pair. They were advertised as being navy blue, but looked more like battleship gray.

Love style and color but straps squeak when walking

When I first put these shoes on, I loved the color and the way they cradled my feet. HOWEVER, the strap on the left shoe did not fit correctly. The strap barely met the velcro, causing a noticeable gap over my foot. Compared to the strap on the right foot, this one seemed to be angled a little too high.

I bougth these and aparently have skinnier ankles than the model this shoe is designed to fit. My usual size 8.5 fit fine, but I kept stepping completely out of these as the velcro barely made contact and was so low it covered part of the heel, it just released at nearly every step. I returned these.
