Not the safest shoe. The quality of the leather and overall construction is good. I have a 9N foot. Without the strap the shoe is not snug but the heel cup feels more snug than many other shoes I've tried. A shoe without the strap should still fit snug. What is concerning is the velcro and the weakness of it and the overall placement of it. Twice I've nearly tripped on stairs because the shoe is loose. When you take your first steps the velcro loosens. I've place the strap off center abit where my ankle mortise joint is and where the foot bends instead of where they have directed it. This way when I flex my foot it doesn't pull as much on the strap. Even merely scrunching your toes and foot causes the velcro to pull away and loosen. I've had my shoes for about 3 months now. Already stretched out some. If I didn't have the strap my foot would pop right out of the shoe. Consider your safety with this shoe.

These shoes were okay. The strap is nice. The toe just looks cheap. I do not know any other way to describe it. But I would have kept them if they were not so large. Definitely felt a full size larger. I am an 11w and I often have this issue because few manufacturers offer 10.5w.

My foot is wide and my ankles are narrow. I could not tighten the velcro strap enough to hold my foot in the shoe. Plus the strap came undone when I walked.

Not too tight. Will be great for those time that my feet swell.

runs small and marrower - although looks great and superb arch support, I had to return. I might try size up as I loved the way it looked. good quality but size is way off.

I am so excited to have a pair of shoes that not only fit perfectly, no "break-in time" and with my narrow feet, these are really snazzy. I often have to settle for shoes with so-so styling. These look and feel great! Heel height, offset strap and everything about them is perfect.

I sometimes need a W width due to bunions on each side of big toe. The W in this shoe was too wide but the regular width was fine. Very comfortable fit.

Cute shoes, but definitely not for anyone with high arches.

These shoes are not red. They are a reddish brown, not what I was looking for. That said, they do go well with many of my fall color, so I will keep them. They are a little wide and a little long. The Velcro straps do not adjust enough to take up some of the width. I like the heel. I will try them and see if I can get some inserts to help with the fit.

I liked the appearance of this shoe. I received it yesterday and tried it on. The length was good, it felt very comfortable, and the heel is well balanced, so I think it will be comfortable to wear. It was wider on my foot than my usual medium width. Since it is a dressier shoe, I would wear hose with it, but not socks of course, so it might rub blisters. The straps attach with Velcro, but don't help with the width. Wish it was in a store so I could see if a narrow would work. Also, I used the color red as a filter. This shoe is definitely not the red I was looking for. It is more of a reddish brown. It will look great with my fall wardrobe, so I will keep them and see how they wear.
