I have nerve issues in my foot and this is the ONLY shoes I can wear, and I've been wearing it for years! Please don't discontinue it! Love them so much I usually buy two at a time, one for indoors and one for outdoors :)

I am really enjoying these running shoes. I wear altra timp 1.5 to hike and run but as they are no longer, I tried the torin plush. As soon as I put them on, I felt like my feet had found their home! I only use them to road run (I tried them on trail and they did not feel like enough grip compared to the timp) and my time has actually improved without any pain in my knees. I have had time for over a month and they are holding up.

I didn't realize how much forefoot pain I had until I started power walking with a friend. These shoes solved the problem instantly!!!!! The forefoot is sooooooooooooooooo cushy! The double lacing system lets me snug these shoes onto my skinny feet as tightly as I want without squishing my toes and aggravating my neuroma. The 10 1/2 fit perfectly out of the box, so i didn't have to buy a size 11 just to get the arch long enough for my foot. I could even feel the shoes stopping my oversupinating at pushoff and i actually started using my big toe. i felt this realign my spine all the way to my head. Can't say enough about these shoes!!!!!

These are the best shoes! I'm a nurse and I've tried many different shoes. These are the only ones that I have found that doesn't hurt my feet after a long 12 hours. Totally worth every penny.

Torin Plush are without a doubt the most comfortable shoe I've ever put on my feet...I have multiple foot issues and I am able to walk comfortably for the first time...please do not ever discontinue this model..

I have flat, short, wide feet. Think Fred Flintstone. Yup, thats me. These have amazing cushioning and support. Plenty wide in the toe box. I think because of the toe box, they run big. I have short toes too so maybe thats why. So I ordered a size smaller. Still plenty of toe room. Ordered 2 pairs. LOVE THEM.

I have worn the Paradigm 3 and Paradigm 4 for 3 years and they have literally saved my feet. I ordered the Torin 4 and they are every bit as comfortable as the Paradigm, and much more attractive. Because I have hallux rigidus, the extra roomy toe box works very well for me. In a street shoe I wear an 8, but always wear an 8 1/2 in Altras.

I have been wearing the Paradigm 3 then 4 for approximately 3 years, and have loved them. This time I purchased the Womens Torin 4 and they are every bit as comfortable as the Paradigm. I normally wear a size 8 in street shoes but always order 8 1/2 in Altra, which works perfectly for me. I have Hallux Rigidus and this is a wonderful shoe for my toes. These are also much better looking than the Paradigm- I ordered the grey/teal ones.

I'm a Nurse and am on my feet 12 hours a day. Over the last few years I've dealt with plantar fasciitis as well as just having tired, sore feet. Altras were recommended by a co-worker. Other co-workers swear by their Brooks and Hokas but I much prefer the look of Altras. I bought my first pair of these about six months ago and they have made all the difference.

I've had to take a few years off from running due to a hip labrum tear and repair so I've been hitting the trails in the King MT 2 but needed a shoe for concrete. This is the first shoe that has let me run on a sidewalk without pain. Per my doc I can't do distance on hard surfaces, but this will let me comfortably run 5k and walk for even longer distances without joint pain.

I have Hallux Rigidus in both big toes and these shoes feel like I'm walking on air. Gives me the big toe box and cushion that I need. The soul provides firm support for my big toes.

With my bunion and Morton's Neuroma, I actually feel my best when running I'm running in these sneakers. Need to get another pair for work. Zero drop, the most generous cushioning and protective sole and the proper toe box size make my feet feel like normal again. Don't change a thing about the design!!

This is my first pair of Altra shoes and I cannot understand why every human is not wearing these. I was a bit skeptical that they were going to be that much better than other brands but these are amazing. Quite possible the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Right out of the box...no breaking them in, no sore spots, my feet don't get too hot, no rubbing. Love them!
