I had the backpack for two years until some teeth on the main exterior zipper broke. I used the backpack primarily as a laptop case and took it on a few business trips, but I always stored it under the seat of the plane. The cost to get a new zipper was about as much as the cost to buy a whole new backpack -- so I didn't get the zipper replaced. I also learned by calling Bagagallini's customer service that the warranty on parts is only for 1 year. Very disappointed in the quality of the zipper and the very short warranty, especially for what I paid for the backpack.

I bought this for my wife for a Christmas gift. The top zippers kept sticking so we returned it. I must say it was a very well made product except for the sticking zippers. Too bad she really liked it.

I purchased this back pack about 3 months ago and was surprised it no longer had the built in purselet, in addition the quality was much leas superior than the bag I purchased 2 years ago. The straps frayed and the metal is coming through the end of the opening. I am very disappointed and will not purchase again.

I’d probably give this backpack a 5 because it easily holds my 16” MacBook Pro and has lots of room for other items including space to hold a hoodie and even a light weight outfit like leggings and a tee for overseas travel. It’s also sleek looking and the nylon fabric has a nice hand but it’s clearly pretty tough too. Alas the top zipper didn’t work at all beyond an inch or two and although this backpack would solve my travel storage problems I couldn’t get it to work. I’ve never had this issue with a Baggalini product before but I had to send it back.

Planned to use the Soho daily as well traveling. Love the size and material, however, you cannot fit a 15 in laptop like one review says. Another review said the plastic zipper was a problem. Agree. The zipper doesn't open and close well, and it is unused. The plastic zipper does not slide easily or smoothly & I'm afraid it will break while I'm traveling. I hope that this one small change can be made (plastic zipper to metal zipper), and then this would be a great bag inside and outside.

I have been a bag falling client since 2003 and own many bags and accessories. I was looking for a roomier backpack and purchased this one but the pleather started peeling within a few weeks. Wish they made it without just regulas baggallini materials and sniped the cheap pleather.

I bought this for my girlfriend and the zipper broke within the first few months. Seems like a manufacturer error. Still works but you'd expect a bag this price to last longer.

I travel A LOT and wanted to try this backpack as a more stylish backpack then my REI backpack. But the zipper on this is flimsy and surprisingly cheap in my honest opinion. The stiff structure the zipper is sewn onto is frankly the next big issue for me it makes for very awkward and frankly hard to zip structure. The inside is not as roomy/convenient for travel. I'm very disappointed in this bag. I own well over 30 baggallini's and this one is the biggest disappointment. I donated to a charity thrift store.

The bag looks and feels cheap. It's smaller than I thought. Not like in the pictures at all. The straps were very uncomfortable and cut into my armpits. I'm sending it back.

While this bag is a nice size and I like the grey camo pattern the double zipper at the top was so rough teeth on both sides broke and both zippers are now off the track! I have not even used this bag once!! This was a very expensive purchase to have such poor workmanship. The zipper should not need to be oiled before use and normally this is not a problem with Baggillini products.!! Love this brand normally but very disappointed in this item!

Just received, but have used the purse for travel for years. Well made, love washable fabric, and inside compartments. My new carry-on for plane.
