I seem to always be looking for the perfect travel bag and I think I may have finally found it. Its lightweight, has good capacity, tons of pockets and places to store things, comfortable back pack straps and fits comfortably under airplane seats.

This backpack is an ideal size for carry on-especially for international travel (and very limited size and weight limits). I ordered my third soho backpack from Baggallini. My previous two came with a separate small zipper pouch. The gray smoke photo includes a small python zipper pouch. When I received my purchase, it had NO separate python zipper pouch! When I called customer service, they told me that the written description does not mention it!!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that there seems to be a bait-and-switch feeling to this purchase. Still a GREAT backpack. But be aware and read the words only! Ignore the photo.

A co-worker had one and raved about it. Now Im raving! Lightweight, professional and perfect for files and my laptop.

I bought this backpack to aid with my carry on. The main zippered compartment has a flawed zipper design. It opens fine, but closing is a hassle. It takes two or more hands because the zipper will not align. Suggestion

This backpack is well constructed and attractive. I bought it for traveling, but the luggage sleeve wasn't wide enough to fit my luggage, and it holds less than expected. It would be great as a large purse or small day pack.

Plenty of room to carry everything needed for an out of town "day trip" for work. Love that it stands up on its own when carrying it as a purse. I ordered the grey with the snake skin handle. In the picture it shows a matching coin purse but it never came with it?? Zipper seems to stick a little. Hopefully it won't be a problem he

I bought this for my upcoming trip so haven't had a chance to use it yet. But, I'm very happy with how it came packaged. It looks very high quality and is absolutely flawless. I tried it on and the backpack straps are comfortable, plus I like how it fits nicely via the luggage handle on top of my rolling carry-on bag. The size and luggage handle are why I chose this particular bag. I will order from Baggaliniu again!

I bought this for my girlfriend and the zipper broke within the first few months. Seems like a manufacturer error. Still works but youd expect a bag this price to last longer.

Great size, good pockets, overall nice bag. I wish it had one or two more internal zipper pockets and a key leash with hook. A little on the pricy side for what it is.

I travel A LOT and wanted to try this backpack as a more stylish backpack then my REI backpack. But the zipper on this is flimsy and surprisingly cheap in my honest opinion. The stiff structure the zipper is sewn onto is frankly the next big issue for me it makes for very awkward and frankly hard to zip structure. The inside is not as roomy/convenient for travel. Im very disappointed in this bag. I own well over 30 baggallinis and this one is the biggest disappointment. I donated to a charity thrift store.

Bought because it advertised it holds 15 laptop, but the bag is too small, will not close.

So I bought this bag for a great price through my local Costco. It was all black (even though it photographs as silver), including the logo, which I loved bc Im not much for flashing logos of anything. I used this bag daily from the time I bought it in early December 2022 until today, March 8, 2023. Today, I couldnt open it bc when I closed it the final time several of the teeth broke off and/or were attached to the opposite side. I had to poke through the teeth gap and manually open the zipper track. I took it back to Costco for a replacement and its no longer there. Baggalini can you help!?!

Overall this backpack is great. I use it for work and it’s comfortable and hold all of my stuff easily. I was surprised it does not have a key leash….every other Baggalini I’ve used has one. Adding one would make it perfect!!

I got this backpack at Costco and have used it to carry my work laptop, headphones, hat, gloves, scarf, etc. to work for the past two years. I love the top opening, the way it stands up and stays open, and the front and side pockets. It has held up very well and still looks spiffy and professional. I have had colleagues look on it with envious eyes. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that it is a little too small. I don't want an enormous backpack, but this could be an inch or two bigger all around, like the Portland Cascade backpack, especially in depth, as my laptop eats up interior space. Because of its smaller size, I reluctantly must leave it home when I travel because it just doesn't hold all I need.

Great bag and a classy accessory but its a little small to be multi-functional. I had hoped there would be sufficient room to carry a laptop, charger, lunch bag, office shoes and a small purse/wallet; but its too tight, so I have to carry an additional bag. Hopefully future designs will take into consideration these common items hauled back and forth to the office, and the product description expanded to provide a better gauge of the potential packing capacity.

I like the backpack and the stiff open top zipper. But the bag is too small. Can you please make it a little bit bigger so I can fit an extra jacket in there?

Bought this as a gift for my daughter, and she's very happy with it.

Excellent deep berry color! Love all the pockets especially the one for the water bottle on the outside. I wish it were a bit taller. But a great daily backpack.

I have wanted an easy to carry, fun, backpack that I can use for everyday or for travel. This is roomy yet lightweight. My only complaint is that I cannot shorten the straps; I am short and they are much too long, and so the backpack pulls on my shoulders.

I wanted a pretty, practical back pack that would fit enough of my essentials for air travel, fit under the seat, and not become too heavy. The Soho in Dark Garden Watercolor does just that. I am short, so as others said the straps are a little long. I sew, so I will be shortening them. I love the squared off top, the firm broad bottom that allows it to stand dependably upright, the convenient luggage handle sleeve, and the beautiful colors. I have taken it on two cross-country flights so far, and it passes the test. The only thing I would change other than shorter adjustable straps would be larger outer drink pockets.

Perfect size backpack for me (I'm 5'-1"). Will definitely use for traveling. A little too large for me to use as a regular purse on a daily basis. Lots of good sized pockets - planned well. Gave it 4 stars because I find it a little too heavy. Love the top opening and the gray coloring.
