I wear 7 1/2 W and Clarks is one of my go to brands for wide shoes. I had a similar pair that I completely wore out. I also have arthritis in my feet, so the cushioning in the soles is very important to me, these are great.

These run large (I am normally a 9.5-10, and returning the 9.5 because they are too big). Bought these as I have hallux ridgidus in both big toes, and while they are really "cushy" feeling, they have too much give in the step to work for my feet. Wished they worked because they were cute!

These are gorgeous booties love the style. But if you have a wide foot they are very uncomfortable. I usually wear a 7-1/2 wide but ordered an 8 wide in these. Had to take my sock off and put on nylons just to squeeze my foot in the boot. No room at all. Unfortunately they must go back and I will continue my search.

These boots are sooooo comfortable and light. I wore them all over Europe for 2 weeks without breaking them in first and they were really comfortable the whole time. They aren’t advertised as waterproof, but I wore them in the rain (light rain) the whole time and my feet stayed completely dry - there was some temporary discoloring on the outside of the shoe from the water, so I’m guessing in heavy prolonged rain they may eventually leak, but I never had an issue. The fit on these shoes is a bit odd. My normal size felt too big, but I tried a 1/2 size down and narrow instead of wide, but those didn’t fit either. I ended up keeping my normal size and wearing them with thick socks. I often have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable for my weird feet, so I was willing to overlook the weird fit issue, so happy I did!

These are really cute but felt all around too small.... especially the width. I tried them with my thinnest socks but they were just enough too tight to make me think they'd never stretch out enough to fit comfortably. Arch support was ok but not great. Cushioning in the footbed was very nice! Sorry to have to return. Back to looking for rain booties...

I have horrible problems with my feet (bunions, etc.) and have been searching for a comfortable shoe. I've worn similar ankle boots that turned out to be very painful at the end of the day. These Clark's Sillian 2.0 boots are like walking on clouds!! They feel great when I put them on, and still feel great at the end of the day. For anyone with problem feet, I highly recommend this shoe.

Very cute boot but it was too narrow through the sides of my feet and too wide at the ankle. So while feeling tight through the body my heel moved freely. An odd fit, going to have to return.

These shoes are exactly what I wanted. So comfy and no need to break them in. I do like the gray color but would order another pair if they come in some tone of brown which they don't as of now. I have them on with jeggins and they look really good. I think they would look good with a skirt so I'll try that next. Thanks Zappos for the quick delivery and for being so dependable!!!

I ordered a 10W and it fit perfectly and felt wonderful -- once I got it on my foot. But it was a struggle to get my heel into the boot and I don't want to deal with that every time I wear them so, reluctantly, I returned them.

I used to be able to rely on Clark's 7W to fit my feet perfectly, but the last 2 pairs of shoes have not been consistent. These are narrow in the ball and too loose in the ankle. I've worn the original Sillian Sways for 2 years now as work shoes for waitressing and bartending, but I'm not sure I can keep these based on the fit. Disappointing.

Hi, these shoes are really beautiful and comfortable! however, the size i ordered (11)was huge for me:( i dont live in the u.s, so i couldn't try it on the minute they arrived (size 10)..someone else tried it for me,and i was afraid it would be too small with my orthotic so i went a size up. as it turned out theyre huge... but the footbed feels great, and they are so light and comfortable! i 'm afraid ill have to return them... thank u zappos for being so patient and helpful in the customer service!

I have many issues with my feet and these fit perfectly. I've been searching for a casual flat bootie for some time now and have tried many that didn't fit. I was hesitant to try these since the reviews say they are narrow. I have bunions, plantar fasciitis and a neuroma under the ball of my foot. Since I had surgery for the neuroma, my foot has felt a bit wider and these boots still fit fine. The toe area is quite roomy. The best part is that they have a removable insole so I could put my orthotics in instead. Just to be clear for the arch support, they are completely flat inside, there is no arch at all. I wear an 8 1/2 but bought a 9 to make sure my orthotic fit and they are perfect. I can even wear thick socks and there is plenty of room. The soles are very soft and comfortable. If you don't mind a flat insole, the liner they provide is cushiony, it's called Cloudsteppers.

They were quite a bit clunkier looking in person than online, and a bit too narrow despite being a W. And the zipper kept getting stuck. Will be sending these back, unfortunately.

The first shoe was too narrow. In the second, ordered in a wide, the heel slipped. It was a cute boot, but didn’t fit at all. It’s like the parts didn’t match. I wanted to like them.

Great shoe! I tried a few boots and they were too tall and scraping on the back of my lower calf. These are perfect. Like wearing slippers all day!

Normally wear 8.5, got the wide width in 8.5 - they are on the roomy side, but with thick socks work well. It's hard to find reasonably stylish shoes that are wide!! These are also pretty water resistant with a good non slip sole (a necessity for Seattle winters!). They are SUPER DUPER comfortable - they are so cushy inside, the first time I wore them I walked 4+ miles and felt like I've been wearing them for months. I've only had these a couple weeks but love them and thinking of getting another pair since they're on sale! Only one minor criticism, the ankle opening is on the wide side so little rocks/pebbles will fall into the shoe sometimes which is annoying, but probably could be solved with extra thick socks and pants that cover the top of the shoe. Love this boot!!

When I put these ankle boots on, it felt like I was walking on a cloud! I love them overall, they are stylish and good looking. I've worn similar boots, and by the end of the day my feet were super sweaty--not so with these. The only problem I've noticed is that my left big toe gets more painful the longer I wear the boots.

Not so good for wide feet. The top of the shoe is wide enough but the sole is very narrow. That means that the foot overlaps the sole and you're walking - uncomfortably - on the raised side of of the sole. People with narrow feet will probably find them more comfortable.

They are lovely and feel like you are walking on air, a bit wider than I wanted but good for thick socks.

Really liked the 'look' of these boot shoes, was planning on taking them to Europe...but they are very difficult to get on...really have to tug at them, and i have very average, normal 7.5 size feet, never really have a problem with any shoes. Once you get them on (with a very thin sock) they feel way too snug, and I'm sure by the end of a long day of walking doing tourist activities, they might become very uncomfortable, so sadly they are being returned.

Christmas present for daughter. She loves them! Super comfy! Easy on and off.

the fit was good, very light, moderate support, seems like they would be warm; I didn't like how big and rounded they looked when I looked down on them, I wanted something that looked more like a winter sneaker not a boot. I may still get these if I can't find anything else, I need them for work in a physical job where I'm in and outside

Clarks are a great brand. These did not disappoint. Was trying to find a new 'look' so ordered these to see if they would replace a pair of Aravon Fairlee's I had from two years back. They are comfortable right out of the box, a great style, love the side zipper. Decided to stick with my old Aravon style, as it worked well with my wardrobe, and they were waterproof. In Michigan, the elements win, so keeping wet weather out of my boot is an issue!

I have sensitive feet and needed a soft material which these shoes provided. I ordered a half size larger so I could use insoles with a little more arch support. I’m very pleased with look & feel of these shoes.
