I have a favorite pair of Clarks that I have been wearing for years, but the Clarks Sillian is much narrower than my pair - could barely fit my foot it, even though both pairs are the same size. Also I was not in love with the quality, was hoping for something a little nicer.

Apparently D width is not a true wide width for shoes, which I found out after purchasing these shoes. They'd probably be great for someone who fits in a standard width shoe, however.

I have a high instep so it can be hard for me to get my foot into boots. However, when they have a zipper I don't have any trouble. Not the case with these. I could not even begin to get my foot into them. Such a bummer because they look really comfortable.

Couldn’t even get my foot in, and 9W has always fit with Clark’s before. Disappointed.

Ordered 8W, this in no way a wide. Not even sure it can be considered a medium width. Couldn't even get these on.

I don't know how these can be considered wide they felt tight..I should have know better than to by Clarks I need to stick with Vionic

I have other Clarks Sillian shoes and boots that are quite comfortable. Not so with these. Stiff with a heel so wide that I could slip my foot out without unzipping.

I was hoping these would work out but they did not. These are much narrower than a normal "wide". Ordered 7 1/2 Wide as I do most women's shoes sometimes I have to go 8 Wide. The toe are is super narrow on these. In the picture they looked wide but are not. I tried putting them on and couldn't even get my foot to go in. Who knows maybe I got a fluke pair of boots. But these will have to go back. Otherwise, these are super cute.

I am returning these shoes because when I wore them, I kept tripping for no reason. The Cloudsteppers I purchased previous to this pair were perfect, and I walked all over the cobblestone streets of Scandinavia without incident. When I tried to buy a second pair, they were sold out. These newer, Silian Cloudsteppers fit very nicely, but when I am walking, they “catch” on the floor or pavement for no reason. I almost went down a couple of times, and it just got to be too scary to put them on. Will you please include a note to Clarks, that their Silian booties are causing a stumbling problem?
