The width at the heel is loose and the width at the ball of foot is tight but after a while the ball area stretched out. Overall I think they are very comfortable.

Sorry, had to send these back. Both too long and too narrow.

I wear either 10.5 or 11 in Clarks. 10.5 was not available, so I tried the 11. The fit in the toe box was good, a tiny bit snug at the widest part of my foot, but this fabric would stretch. The heel was too roomy &, while my heel didn't slip too much, it just felt too big. I am looking for a simple/basic boot, but this looked a little frumpy for wearing to work. Good for a more casual use.

The boots are extremely difficult to put on. Once on, they are very comfortable.

I love this Clark ankle boot. The only problem is I had difficulty getting in and out of the boots. Love the style and look and once the feet are in them, they are so comfortable, like walking on a cloud. I just don't want to struggle with getting in and out of them. Sad that I have to return them.

Usually an 11W is perfect for me but these were just a bit too snug. Returning for a WW that will hopefully work better. Love the simple style of these boots that will work with a bunch of different work outfits.

I needed booties I could wear all day as a teacher on my feet. These are the only booties where my feet felt fine at the end of the day. I wish they were more stylish since I am young. Also, the material where the ankle support was poorly designed. The sturdy material intersects right where your bone on the side of your ankle juts out, so I had to yank on the fabric until it no longer even touched it. Seems like such a weird thing to have in a shoe and get wrong. That was bothersome enough to want to return them, but thankfully the flap did pull back after I stretched it and no longer scraped against that bone. Other complaint is that my feet felt really warm by the end of the day since there is no air circulation in the toe box. Shoes are incredibly hard for me to buy since I have wide feet and work on them all day. But this actually worked out in the end.

These are very nice ankle boots; however, they are very difficult to put on. Once on, they are very comfortable, but for me the struggle to get them on is too much, so I am returning them.

These boots are very comfortable, cushy, and light weight. The fit was a little odd, maybe because they're loose around the ankle, my foot felt like it was coming up when I walked. I tried a size smaller to fix this but it was too small, I may try a half size up. I wish that they were water proof.

Comfy but not much arch support

These shoes had quite a lot of cushion and felt like they would have been comfortable walking for a long time. However, I ordered these in a W and while they had plenty of room in the ball and toes, the areas that are not usually wide enough, I found that the arch and heel were surprisingly snug, too snug for my feet. Based on that, I chose to return them.

Extremely lightweight, which was nice for a boot. Felt roomier all around, even a bit big with thick socks. Moderately supportive and soft soles. Returned and bought Naot instead for the increased support on my feet all day.

I normally wear 5M, those boots feel like 5.5N. They are so narrow that I can feel the edges under the sides of my feet. I ended up adding a pair of thin foam dress-shoe inserts to feel less of the edges.

These shoes are weirdly hard to get on. They fit fine, but only after a week of wearing them can I get one foot in without issues, while the other foot still takes a lot of wrangling. I had a previous version of these shoes and they were great. This would seem to be a design flaw.

Cute boot but I ordered a 12 wide knowing I might need a warmer sock for winter coming. Don’t think I would of needed it, whole boot felt large. Sending back but always impeccable service. Thank you

For a wide width it was still to tight on my feet. Sadly will be returning

I really wanted to keep them,but the fit was just not right. The style is really cute and made my size 11 feet not look so big.

I was hopeful that the width would work for me based on other reviews, but it wasn’t wide enough across the front for my feet. Not the fault of the shoe - I have difficulty finding shoes to fit. So,unfortunately, I had to send them back. They were cute though.

This shoe felt strange on my feet, but I have many issues. They were narrow and the foot area is strange looking and so is the material. I love Zappos though! Fast delivery and return!

Ran large felt bulky, very comfy and soft underfoot. Had to return as the material made me wonder how long they would last

Ordered these shoes in 7.5D width hoping for something simple as I could slip on while being more pregnant in the Pacific Northwest. I don't know if my feet have gotten wider or these were more narrow than an actual wide, but I couldn't even get the ball of my foot past the middle of the shoe. Also, there is a zip on the inside of the shoe, so even though I sorted by "slip on" shoes, these most certainly were not. Probably would be fine for someone with feet only slightly wider than normal who can also still bend over to reach their feet :(
