I purchased these shoes and was nervous because it said they were narrow and my feet run a little bit wide, but I took a chance and bought them knowing they could easily be returned. They fit beautifully right out of the box with plenty of room for my toes! I love them!!!!

Completely comfortable right out of the box. I am a teacher, on my feet all day and these are the only shoes I own that have any sort of heel, that I am comfortable wearing all day. Besides the comfort, they are SO cute!

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and I really like them. The toe grip is new to me and took a little getting used to, but I like it. I have a foot with a bunion, and I have high arches, and these shoes work! I wanted a bit of a heel and these have a platform which reduces the pressure on my bunion. I have several pairs of Dansko, but am tired of the velcro they favor, and needed to find a shoe with a real buckle. I can also wear a hidden sock with these, which I really like. This Birkenstock shoe is comfortable and cute!

I take a size 8-8.5 in sandals for most brands and usually a 39 for euro sizing, so I got the 39 in these based on the reviews that said this runs small. My bony, high arched foot is on the narrower end of the normal width range. These were way too big by a full size. They're definitely a generous normal width, not narrow. I reviewed the size chart on Birk's website and measured my foot in millimeters and it was at the very upper end for length on the 38s, so I gave the 38s a try and they're perfect! Comfort is amazing and these are very cute. Not your typical Birkenstock shoe. If they hold up well, I'll get another color later. Plan to wear these to work over the summer in an office environment where closed toe shoes are the preferred professional attire. Super cute with jeans, crops, skirts, dresses, and capris too. Yes!

I adore these shoes! They are versatile and stylish, and I get so many compliments whenever I wear them. My feet don't hurt one bit at the end of the day; it's just like wearing my Birks!

These shoes look adorable and feel just as comfortable as the Birkenstock brand would lead you to expect. I can’t wait to have places to go again so I can wear them out!

Have not bought shoes yet...I was hoping Papillio would do a shoe just like this one only....not a cork color wedge heel but a black rubber wide wedge heel. I had a pair like that years ago and they were the BEST!! I COULD wear them with EVERYTHING! This shoe, not so much because of the cork color..just wouldn't look right...Please please design this shoe with a black rubber heel done the same as this one :) I don't like the one with the criscross strap. The toe heel part is to high, design it just like the cork heel only in that black heel! :)

I love that these shoes are Birkenstock’s! I wear them to work. And they are comfortable all day on my feet. They are cute and stylish. The leather looks wonderful and they arch is great on my feet. I can’t wait to order the open toes sandals...

These wedge Mary Jane style sandals are very stylish. The 2” high wedge adds a bit of dressiness. The leather is a deep, rich brownish-red. I ordered the 36N. As far as the fit goes, I am normally a size 6M (keens, Nike, Cole Haan) but wear a size 36N in Birkenstock (translates to US size 5-5.5, according to their website). The shoe fits exactly like all my other Birks but this felt just a tad wider. Not enough to cause any issues, though.

Best fitting shoes I’ve ever had. Would recommend these to anyone. I wear socks with mine and I’ve received so many compliments.

I have a lot of foot pain and I’ve been looking for a stylish shoe that won’t cause me pain, these are perfect!

So grateful I found out that Birkenstock makes cute shoes too. I wear the regular sandals pretty much every day. First day I wore these clogs I ended up on an unexpected 30 min walk with a friend and my feet were totally fine (planter fascia stuff). Got compliments right away too.

These were beautiful shoes and seemed comfortable, but they were too big. I am a true size 7 and the size 38 (7-7.5) were too big.

Be specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

I just received the shoes today and tried them on. I found them to feel comfortable but the prong of the buckle wasn’t long enough to go into the hole in the strap. I could push the prong into the strap but when I tried walking in the shoes the prong released the strap each time I buckled it. If the prong had been longer or placed in a different position in the buckle the strap would have stayed across my ankle. I was disappointed that I needed to return them.

Interestingly, the right shoe seems to be MUCH bigger than the left. They both say the same size, but there is a big difference that makes wearing them very difficult.

I love Birkenstocks, but not for the style - I buy them despite the style, because they're so comfortable. However, these were not comfortable! At least not comfortable enough to justify the meh style (I hate cork). They felt strangely shaped in the toe, despite looking so wide. Closed shoes are a new thing for Birkenstock, and I don't think they've quite figured them out yet.

super cute, but where the top ends, cuts right into my bunion scar. It is narrower than I like. I need to stick to the wide Birkenstocks or ones with adjustable straps by fore foot.

The leather was stiff, and scuffed up. The size was smaller Thant typical 37, definitely narrower

The shoe did feel true to size however, there is a ridge that should hit between the ball of the foot and the base of the toes and for me, it hit in the wrong spot so every time I took a step, I felt this lump in the wrong place that was uncomfortable. Too bad because they are cute.

This is advertised as a narrow shoe but it is definitely not narrow. Had to return.

I love the look of these shoes; however, they hurt too much for me to keep them. Unlike Josef Seibel shoes, the Birkenstocks leather is unfinished (raw) inside the shoe. For me, the unfinished leather caused abrasions on my feet when the shoes were worn without socks and pain even when worn with socks. I wish they were made differently.

Had to return this. The shoe is very narrow. I’m somewhere between a regular and wide foot. I also have a high instep, so these left imprints on my foot just from trying them on. Come in, Dansko, not everyone has narrow feet. Pitty, they were so pretty.
