One shoe fit totally different than the other. It almost seemed as if they were 2 different sizes

I would not buy again. The leather rubbed my skin pretty badly. Can’t return cause used it one time for 20 minute walk. Very disappointed to spend $150 and have to throw them away.

These were supposed to be narrow. I could put my foot all the way through the right shoe. These are defective.

I loved them. Alas, my feet are too wide for the narrow Papillo. I am hoping that someday Birkenstock will make these beautiful and feminine shoes for regular width feet!!!!

These are well made sandals. They are very attractive. I had to return them because they were not comfortable, they cut into the side of my big toe. I think they just hit in the wrong place on my foot and I didn't want a blister. I read the reviews and agree they are listed as narrow width but they are a normal width, definitely not wide. I wear an M in width and they were not too narrow.

Found these in the Sandal Shop on the Big Island HI and purchased in the tan color. Great arch support, great comfort and cute. Easy on and off. Loved them so much I bought a pair in black on Zappos after our return home. Absolutely love these, how comfortable they are and the great arch support they provide. My tan are size 39 and my black are 40, both fit well, 39 was a bit more snug at first but with wear and being suede they give and they are perfect. The 40 was absolutely no break in and still great after wearing all summer. I am a 9.5M in US sizes.

Very comfortable shoe and well-made. However, I am returning due to excess toe exposure since my feet are on the narrow side.

Super comfortable, usually avoid heels but these give me some heel without sacrificing comfort, they instantly dress up a casual outfit, really comfortable

The sandals were awesome , the look but I could not get my foot in the shoe.

These shoes cured my plantar fasciitis and kept me stylish. I have them in gold and metallic black and wear them almost every day for three seasons.

I really liked these shoes, but I ended up buying multiple pairs to test out for my upcoming trip to Europe. Ultimately, I found some that worked better with all of my outfits. Birkenstock is hands down the best brand, and I appreciate that they offer a narrow option. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Thèse fit perfectly. I wear a 9 or 9 1/2 and ordered the 40. The leather is incredibly soft and the shoe is super comfortable !

Love, love, love these shoes and plan to order a second pair in a different color. I wore them out-of-the-box two days in a row all day at work, and they were so comfortable. Wish I had discovered these sooner.

I forgot how awesome Birkenstock products are! I have "problem feet" but I took these out of the box and wore them all day! I prefer a wide width but that wasn't offered in this style and wasn't an issue, so far. Very supportive/comfortable arch, uppers very soft and no "digging" into the top of my feet, very happy with this purchase and just waiting for summer to wear them as much as possible!
