I have had many different Merrell's but these are by far the most comfortable!

I ordered the wrong size and sent it back to replace it with the next size.

The fit may be slightly wrong. My order the right foot was tight but the left foot was fine. I've never had a pair of shoes do this before.

Bought these as replacements fo basically the same model from 4 years ago. Don't like the new ones nearly as much as the old ones. Ordered same size/width but the new ones are a bit too wide. Heel geometry is a little different. It is taking a little getting used to.

I ordered the same size as another Merrell product I just ordered last summer and this latest pair is too small. Actually the right foot is ok but left is to small in length. Unfortunately I was leaving town so I wore them a couple of times so I'd assume I can no longer return. Should have worn them prior to leaving and shouldn't have assumed the size would be the same as the other pair

This has turned out to be a disappointing purchase. I already own a pair of Moabs, so I was pretty certain of the sizing. The pair I received fits much tighter on the right than on the left - to the point of causing quite a bit of middle to small toe pressure and pain. I can't hike more than 200 yards in these let alone any prolonged trail distances. I can only imagine that the fit is an anomaly due to manufacturing variances as my other Merrell's fit fine. A wasted purchase.

I bought this boots for my husband at the end of 2019 and since the COVID-19 he just tried it first during the last weekend in our trip to Seattle. It was slightly rainy and this boots were extremely slippery even on the sidewalks. My husband felt couple times.

I've been buying Merrells for a long as I've been hiking. Decided to try the Moab 2 Primes and they are so uncomfortable. The tongue digs into your leg with every step and the footbed is nonexistent. My feet were in pain after a half hour of walking. I contacted customer care to exchange and they told me they don't exchange any shoes that have been worn and "I should've walked around inside more before going outside". Not the answer I expected. I'll be purchasing my hiking shoes elsewhere now.

I bought a pair in 2012 and they worked great for 6 years before they started leaking. Not too bad, I thought, so I got a new pair last fall. They only held up for a year before starting leaking. Called customer service and was informed that the warranty is only for 6 months. Not good enough for an expensive shoe, especially since it seems like a manufacturing issue. The shoe only has very minor wear on the outside, and the waterproofing layer is (I assume) layered inside, so it should hold up for many years. I do not recommend this if you want to make sure your shoes are waterproof for more than a short while...

I am returning these boots. I have worn 4 previous pairs of the Moab 2 (Gore-Tex and waterproof models) without any problems while hiking in Vermont. The new design uses stiffer material with suede on top of the tongue which is very uncomfortable, The tongue digs into my instep and is unwearable. Would love for you to bring back the previous model.
