Threads came off after about 50-mile use. Walked on local trails for about 20 miles and used them on Annapurna trek in Nepal last week.

These boots are *extremely* painful to wear. The arch support feels like it's a) under the ball of my foot and b) just a lump of rock. Does anyone on the planet have a foot shaped like this? I swapped out the insole for my Superfeet and it's no improvement. They're genuinely unwearable, can't even shovel the driveway in them. I tried to wear them snowshoeing once and didn't make it half a mile. I wish I had bought these in a physical store so the return would be easier.

Unfortunately these brand new waterproof boots as seems to be the standard for merrell boots these days, since 3 sets I've ordered in the last year have all leaked. LEAK...
Yup, left boot leaks through the toe from wet snow sitting on them during a 60 minute walk, didn't even step in a puddle. I am very, very dissapointed and frustrated. There are also 2 folds in the tongue of the boot that you have to fiddle with to have them not painfully dig into your ankles. Otherwise, they are very comfortable (when fiddled with) and extremely warm. But leaking, again gets the 1 star rating.
