These pants are so comfy, I could live in them! And I do... I bought them in 3 colors!

We spend a lot of time camping and enjoying outdoor activities in all weather (including 9 months off-grid in the Northern Cascades). But we also love stepping out to a good concert or dinner out. These slacks cover all the bases and, now, are the only ones I wear. They fit perfectly, have enough stretch to travel in (no wrinkles), are both slim yet accommodating enough to wear over leggings when it's cold. I've worn them with heavy hiking boots and ice cleats. I've worn them with heels. Perfect every time. The only thing to be aware of...they stretch up a size over time. But get your size and know, at some point, they'll get a little roomy! I highly recommend them.

I love these pants! I'm 5'4", 95lbs and they fit perfectly! I ordered size 2 with the short inseam. The length is perfect, and I love the lower waist, since I'm on the shorter side with a short torso. They are loose enough to wear a thin base layer underneath, but not too baggy without. The material has a bit of stretch to it, which is super comfortable. I've also worn these in a light rain for ~ 45 mins and stayed dry! The water just beads up and runs off the fabric. Great pants for fall walks, running errands, and even cute enough for work.

My only concern is that the light grey color with the type of fabric of the pants is a bit see through which affects the look of your rear.

I absolutely love the Anytime Outdoor bootcut pants. I have traveled all over in them in varying climates. They are lightweight and do not wrinkle easily. For colder climates I slip on some thermals underneath to keep me a little warmer. Great colors. I'd say my favorite style was the ankle pant that they no longer carry but I like the bootcut pants as well especially for the colder climates and fitting thermals underneath. My only issues are 1) they tend to pill/snag in areas of friction or where you sit, 2) one of my pairs has developed a hole in the rear near seams and do not think they can be mended due to the material and location and 3) the lighter colors show cellulite. Overall I love the 'Anytime Outdoor' line and own 8 pairs of varying lengths and colors. However, please bring back the ankle length! :-)

These are the best pants I have purchased in a very long time. I bought these for work and I love them. They look nice and they are very comfortable. I have purchased several pairs since discovering these pants.

I'm 5'2" and greatly appreciate the short size availability! I typically wear size 8-10 and originally ordered 10. I immediately fell in love with them, despite being just a bit too large, so i returned them & ordered 2 more in size 8!

Wore these volunteering for a full day of field testing dogs....cold, wind, rain, rough terrain...they felt amazing and I was really impressed on how durable they were!

Have worn these pants as a 'faux scrub' pant for class and as athleisure when going out for a busy day. Very flexible and comfortable.

Seriously, the most comfortable pants I have ever worn. I am a dental hygienist & they are more comfortable than scrub pants. Water splashing is a common part of my daily job & the water resistant material keeps me dry. The material is also light, so it keeps me cool. They fit true to size, and the length is perfect! I will never go back to scrub bottoms again!

The pants are so comfortable and light. The flexibility of them make hiking a breeze.

The lightweight fabric makes these pants comfortable in the summer heat. They have a good amount of stretch and as I wear them they begin to fit just a bit more loosely. 5'6", 120 pounds and the size 4 Regular fit well. The bootcut is flattering and the light grey color is pretty. The drawstring has a bit of stretch to it and I can't decide if I like that or not. It makes it a bit harder to tie and I feel like it might be a little less effective at cinching in the waist as a result but at the same time, the little bit of give makes the pants more comfortable.

I wear a size 4 and these fit perfectly. I LOVE these pants and they are the only ones I wear anymore for outdoor hiking or climbing. They fit perfectly and have stretch so you never feel like they are binding you. I have literally had other women come up to me on the trail and ask what they are -- that's how comfy and great they perform. The only issue is that if you sit or slide on rough rocks they will pill some. That's part of being active I guess. I much prefer the feel of the soft and quiet material to the nylon products.

They are super comfortable. They look nice like dress pants, but they feel like you have comfy pants on! They are the best! I am so glad I found them!

This is my 3rd pair of Columbia pants, and I love them. They pack well with nary a wrinkle. They are very comfortable, esp when sitting for long periods on a plane. I love NOT having to use a belt; the waist ties are great for adjustment. I could wear the 6, but I am almost 70 years old, and that snug of a derriere fit is not appropriate for me. The 8 is just fine and is not baggy. I bought the boot cut, b/c I have large-ish feet, and I feel more comfortable 'hiding' them....the skinny leg just looks too much like Ichabod Crane for me. The 'short' was not available at the time I bought these, so I will have to shorten them myself, b/c I am 5'4" tall. I would like to buy a navy pair as well, but so far, that doesn't exist.

i would give these pants 5 stars on every account except the drawstring. It is made of slippery fabric and does not want to stay tied. Double knotting works or tucking in but then you have to plan trips to the ladies room with time to spare... ha ha OVERALL, I really like these pants and may just make another drawstring. Fit is true - somehow I thought it was recommended to buy a size up. no need...

These pants are very comfortable. They are stretchy enough to move with you but not look tight. They can be worn for outdoor or anytime. I wear these to work because they are breathable and light weight. I have had multiple pairs of these pants and quality is great.

True to size

I purchased these pant online having very low expectations. Received last night, OMG! What a pleasant surprise. I'm 5'7", 145 pounds, regular Medium size. Bought this in size 10, 32 inseam, fits like tailor-made, love the material, comfortable, durable, stretchy, not too thin, love the boot-cut style, it is perfect! Looks much better on me than on an online model :-) Thanks, Columbia! Made my day!

Very true to size, light weight, we're anywhere comfortable pants. I recommend it.

These pants are by far my favorite! Columbia should never stop making these. I ordered a size 6 short. I am 5'2 128lbs and I have an athletic build. This style and material is so versatile from traveling to work to hiking! The bootcut is very flattering, I feel great with my purchase.

I ordered a 10 long knowing that I need to wear tights/long underwear underneath and I am tall 5.9 I usually wear an 8. They are a great length and very comfy, and with extra room for tights, long underwear for our Iceland hiking trip.
