The shoe size was fine, the strap around the heel was WAY off. I was sent the wrong size in the correct box to begin with and it had a strap problem also ( way too big). I called and they sent be the same size again which I received and the strap is still way too big. Now I requested a return label 2 times and still have not recevieve that. I now want to send BOTH pairs back! Please refund my money immediately.

Straps just cut across my little toe and I know I won't be able wear them all day and night for my daughter's wedding

These shoes are beautiful from further away. As you get close up, The silver has tan threaded through in areas that really detracts from the look. Also, it was very apparent that these shoes had been “loved” by someone else before returning them. The soles and footbeds were marked and had creases on them, and these shoes were covered in cat hair. I realize other people try on shoes before I get them, but I would like to think they are properly inspected and cleaned before being shipped to the next customer.

No give on the straps. They dig into my feet.

I normally wear a 6.5 and frequently need to go with a wide width. While I think the width might be okay the size was off for me as it was too big. I am wondering if going to a size 6 in a wide width will even work as the width will decrease in a smaller size. I also question if these shoes will really be comfortable for a long day at my daughter's wedding. Then of course there is the price. Personally I think $99.95 for shoe made in China of man made materials is expensive. It is a pretty shoe but is it good enough? Is it worth it? I haven't figured that out.

Beautiful show....didn't fit well!

Bought these for my son's wedding. Beautiful shoe, heel height was about right. The strappy-ness totally destroyed my feet. I wore them daily for 2-3 weeks before to break-in the shoe and loosen up the straps. They probably would have been fine if I only wore them for an hour or two. They were on my feet for 6 hrs and when I took them off I had 4 blisters on each foot across the toes from the straps.

The size ordered was fine, even the width was good - a bit roomy. I didn't want them to be tight or squeeze me feet. I returned them not on account of the size, but the color was off in comparison to the dress I wanted to wear them with, and they were a bit to glitzy for my personal taste. Zappos made the return process very easy . . . Thank you!

I liked the look of this sandal, but I found the heels to high and was afraid I would fall or trip at the outside wedding that I got them for.

Nice shoe that would be great for my needs. The size 11 medium width - my usual size, was narrow across ball of foot pinching my toes. I reordered in a wide a size larger. We’ll see.

Beautiful shoe but smelled strongly of glue. Paper was stuck to rhinestones but came off easily. Trap across foot was very loose and I have a wide foot. No support.

It would have done ok for a wedding but I found something better.

The shoe was a possibility for a wedding but I found another shoe made by Nomasei that had a true block heel - better for the outdoor venue, and was more padded under the ball of the foot. This shoe would have been uncomfortable and was not as attractive as the shoe I kept.

I consulted prior Naturalizer purchases and thought this would fit me….wrong.

These are lovely shoes - but were a bit too narrow for me.

They were very fun but the straps would be a problem for any length of wearing

I love the shoe but sadly may have to return. The ankle strap is not adjustable therefore fits very loosely around my ankle. When I walk with them, my ankle turns/rolls to the side. I fear I may fall at my son's wedding or twist my ankle. The shoes are quite lovely though so I'm sad about the outcome. The heel is just the right height and I always love Naturalizer as they accommodate my bunion, plantar fasciitis, and neuroma issues. The hunt for shoes continues....

I’m trying to stretch these gorgeous shoes by wearing them with socks. Hope it works!

The biggest problem is that the straps are not adjustable at all. Like most people, one of my feet is slightly smaller than the other. One sandal fit perfectly but the other was slightly too loose and I couldn't tighten it. I returned them.
