these are prettier in the photos and aren't comfortable. I tried them on for 5 minutes and cannot imagine wearing them longer than 15 minutes!

In this wide width the foot bed is very comfortable but the strap that goes around the top of the foot around the ankle is way too loose.

The surface feels sticky, like glue hasn't dried under the sparkles, or it is degenerating from over exposure to heat? Hope it's secure!

Update to previous review regarding the strap. Zappos OF COURSE ( awesome customer service) contacted me and after they contacted Naturalizer, verified that the microfiber styles do NOT have the adjustable strap, but the leather styles do. Hope this helps ! Thanks Zappos for always going the extra mile!!

There is no way to adjust the strap at the heel. Shoe fit, but strap was so loose it wouldn’t stay on without making it very unstable to walk.

The shoes are beautiful. I ordered an 11w and after an hour I was in pain. I had high hopes for these. I give 5 stars for appearance but only 3 bc of comfort around the toes :(

I'm looking for a silver sandal to wear with a black gown and this was so cute! Unfortunately, although it's considered a 'comfort' shoe, it offers no arch support and not enough cushioning for my neuroma. Had to return.

I think these shoes are absolutely beautiful but unfortunately they failed to put any kind of adjustment on them like a buckle or Velcro so they just fall off your foot they would be perfect for someone with very fat feet

The glue holding the crystals on the Vanessa 2 sandal is still tacky, so you need to be careful that it doesn't touch anything else while stored, or the glue and the crystals pull off the shoe

I wear a size 11 sneaker but prefer 11w for heels. I ordered the 11w but the toe box for these heels was too narrow and was very uncomfortable as I walked around my house in these. They are so pretty and felt good everywhere else except the toe box, so I really wanted them to work out. I can't justify keeping them when I strongly predict that I'd get blisters and pinched toes after an evening of wearing them.

I was so disappointed because I loved the appearance of this shoe. However the straps were too loose on me and the elastic was not tight or stretchy so it only fit with socks on.
