The strap that wraps behind the heal and goes to the front of the shoe is not adjustable and seemed too roomy, even when I seized down 1/2 a size. Footbed is relatively narrow for a shoe that's sold as "Wide".

First of all, these shoes are beautiful. I would have been thrilled if only the strap that wraps around the back was adjustable. It's not, unfortunately, and on me the back strap was so loose, I surely would have walked right out of them. Very sad that they have to go back.

It's a beautiful shoe but has no adjustment for the ankle strap. I ordered my usual size 10.5M, but my foot was swimming in this sandal both in the toebox and over the arch. I will not reorder because the heel is a bit higher than I want.

They run smaller and more narrow than the other naturalized heals I own. I wear an 11W and I can’t wear these. Hoping to get a 12w to see how that fits.

These are lovely looking and well made sandals however the sizing is not as described. I specifically ordered a wide width to accommdate my wide foot. While the shoe size marking does indeed indicate a 9.5W on the strap - there is no way the fit can be classified as a wide width. I can squeeze my foot into the and have decided to keep them but they are not at all comfortable and I will not be able to wear them for long periods of time. This is very disappointing.

I ordered these for a wedding and they didn't arrive in time, but I was planning to keep them anyway for future events. Tried them on this morning and one shoe was slightly tighter than the other at the ball of the foot, but the straps around my mid-foot and ankle were loose on both. Ironically the tighter shoe was my smaller foot! Was very disappointed as I expected a very comfortable pair from Naturalizer--these are going back.

Pretty and comfortable at first but did not stay comfortable for the duration of the late afternoon/evening wedding I attended. I wish there was more padding on the ball of the foot area. My toe pads felt swollen towards the end of the evening and I wished I'd brought flats to change into. If I ever wear them again I will make sure it is for an event that is no longer than two hours.

I love the way the shoes look but sadly, I had to return them because the strap across the toes falls at the edge of my bunion. This placement is not only uncomfortable, it highlights the bunion (not in a good way!)

These were cute. I had high hopes. Fit was great. Comfort was good. The sparkles are sticky. As if the glue has leaked around them and remained tacky. The would collect dust and dog fur in a heartbeat.

Bought these cute shoes for my son's wedding. They arrived quickly and are reasonably priced for narrow width shoes, however, they just weren't as narrow as they should be. Had to take them to a shoe repair to have the ankle strap made smaller.
