The boots felt good at first. But my heels slipped. After wearing them for a day, I had bad blisters on my heels.

I order a size 7.5 and 8 after reading the reviews (I always wear 8). Both actually fit fine, but for some reason for me, the arch support on both sizes felt off, too far back, and the shoes were just uncomfortable when standing unfortunately... so I’ll be returning shortly and continue looking for a similar style. Too bad because they’re cute!

Not even sure how to rate the arch support on these. They do not feel like Chaco in any way to me. The arch hits wrong, probably due to the heel (which I know is very low, but it still throws off the overall geometry of the shoe). I have worn Chaco sandals and Ionia sneakers and LOVE them, but these boots are just plain uncomfortable in the arch (and overall). I barely had one shoe on long enough to even debate size, because the arch was so awful.

These looked cute, but there feels like a big lump in the center of the footbed that made them impossible to wear. Super uncomfortable. Had to return.

These were at least a size smaller; my toes were jammed against the end. They were also not close to the colour in the photo. I got the rust, and they were more like a pale orangey colour. I returned them.

Even though it get like the right size, the heel slips way too much. Also, the arch support is ridiculous. It’s like walking on a tennis ball. Ridiculously uncomfortable. Returning immediately.

I wanted to love these so bad!! They're adorable, seem great for urban hikes in crappy weather but I just couldn't make these work. I tend to have wider feet, but most of my boots are leather and able to stretch enough (I am a sucker for Frye boots), but these were BRUTAL. I would risk to say, narrower than the average boot. So, alas, I had to send them back. CHACO! Please make a wide version!
