These are very cute boots! However, the arch support is too high and I have higher than high arches. It's like there's a golf ball under the arch of my foot. I also think they run a little big. I'm usually in 8.5 in winter shoes because I like thick socks. These were very loose around the heel. I'm sad to return these because they are so darn cute. Beware of the arches!

Great arch support, but too tight in the toes and too loose in the heel. I can wear narrows. Just couldn't make these work. Love the arch support though.

too narrow, wrong color

Both my daughter and I love these boots. This is the second color for both of us. They fit well and offer great support.

I returned these as there was too much slip in the heel when I walked. Super cute tho and the arch support was perfect.

Beautiful warm gray color & excellent support in footbed, true to size/width. I purchased 5 pairs of boots for my daughter and these were the most comfortable though she ended up choosing the almost as comfortable ECCO Grainer Chelsea boot because she wanted brown boots.

they look great but run a bit wide

I really like these but have not worn them out and about yet. I can tell they need a little time to break in but they are very well made and should do great. I’d love it if they came in wide because i have bunions but I took them to a cobbler and they stretched them out for me. Looking forward to keeping these a long time. I’m a 7 typically and got a 7.

Sorrel boots are slightly narrow for me. These boots fit very well.

These boots are super cute, stylish and comfortable! I’ve received many compliments. They fit true to size and required no “break in” time. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I normally wear a a 9 or 9.5 but I ordered three sizes. I finally settled on a size 10 to allow for a heavier sock in cold weather. I have LOVED them so far!!!!!

Very happy with this purchase. Havent always loved the style of chacos shoes. But after a friend said they are comfortable - took another look. She was right… I Love these! Broke in quickly - perfect with a taller sock but also comfortable around the ankle with shorter socks. Wore on ice and in snow and rain. Good traction and keeping feet warm and dry! So many compliments too!

Got these boots last winter and have loved them, both for style and comfort. However the elastic gore has started to come away from the leather on one side, and is fraying badly. Don’t think they are fixable unfortunately.

Other reviews have mentioned their heel slipped and the arch support hit them wrong. I felt both of those initially, wore them for a day and they are really comfortable and I don’t feel the slipping. Really happy with these boots and hope to get a lot of wear out of them. Easy to get on and off.

Great look, great feel, excellent quality.

Excellent. Great arch support, love that they are waterproof. Didn’t need an orthotic and they don’t hit my shin. We just had our first rain/snow in months. I know they will keep me swarm and dry, and they are a bit funky, which I love. I will wear them with thicker winter socks.

Been wearing these for at least a few weeks, loving them so much. They’ve become my go to! Especially love that the fit is loose around the ankle. I often buy wide calf tall boots, so these fit so comfortably, not too snug around the ankle like some boots are. Keep my feet super comfortable, warm, and dry. Easy on and off, easy to wipe clean. Great boot.

Read all the reviews. I am 66 with plantar faciitis and these shoes are wonderful.

I wanted to love these. Perhaps if I could get a half size bigger for my left foot that has a joint issue it would work. But alas I’m not willing to buy two pairs. Perhaps one day I’ll try a half size larger? The right foot is a perfect fit and would be cute with many outfits. Dr. Martins and Birkenstock boots have not been as comfortable for heel and arch but didn’t pinch my big toe joint. Ugh my boot dreams are frustrated.

I’ve been a Chaco girl for over 10 years. I’ve owned Chaco sandals, boots and shoes. I’ve always been a true size 11 with no issue. LOVE the arch support and the quality. The overall fit of these boots was fine, unfortunately something is wrong with the arch support - it is there but it is in the wrong spot! It hit well behind my normal arch and was quite uncomfortable. Returning.

I first bought these boots about a year ago but returned them because, even though the arch support was excellent and the front half fit perfectly, they felt too loose around my heels. But, after trying at least 3 other pairs of chelsea boots since then and not liking any of them as much, I reordered these recently and added gel heel cushions. Now they're a perfect fit. Someone else's review said they actually get more comfortable with time, which I thought was nonsense when I read it but turned out to be true for me, too. They have an excellent non-skid sole—small stones will get stuck in it, but having to remove them is worth it to me, because my driveway is steep gravel and I never feel like I'll slip when wearing these. I'm very happy with them. They meet all my requirements: waterproof, easy to put on, non-skid sole, good arch support, low heel, good looking.

Love Chaco sandals and boots, but these were just too Chunky-clunky for my short frame. Made very well and nice looking….just not for me!
