These are very comfy shoes but can't stand a single drop of water on the floor. Definitely not non slip resistant. Not for the service industry.

I can't even wear them for a full work day without my feet killing me!! I had the slip on ones and were amazing!!! But unfortunately they were out of stock (they started falling apart after 6 months) but we're so comfortable. I do not recommend these ones.

I love vans but i do not recommend the slip resistance. I literally slipped and fell. Do not recommend at all they are very slippery. The only good thing is that i could wear for a daily out of work.

I work in a Deli and was a little worried about some reviews saying the slip resistance was worthless. I found the slip resistance to be good. However, less than 2 months after purchase both shoes are coming apart. For comparison the last 4 sets of shoes I purchased for work from 2 other brands lasted right around 6 months and cost half what these Vans did.

Very disappointed with these. They didn't last nine months! I'm on my feet 8-10 hours a day and the first problem was the factory insoles, not very comfortable walking on concrete all day. Upgraded the insoles and things were fine...until the rubber on the heel started to split on both shoes. After that I started to wear them less often in favor of a more comfortable shoe. I decided to wear them to work after a few weeks of being on the shelf when at the end of my shift I noticed the canvas at the back of the toe box where the ball of the foot bends is ripped! The black canvas has faded quite a bit and has a greenish hue now.
